I graduated here as a facial specialist. Best decision ever, not only I learned a lot but it opened so many opportunities for me.I have some friends that have studied in other schools and they regret not going to Fmor Skin Care Institute. Other schools don’t offer even half of what Fmor offers.So happy I chose this school. Best one in Florida.

A real facial experience really hurts just like a work out “no pain no gain”, but the after effect is a glowing and flawless skin plus everything is sanitized properly so you know you’re safe. This one’s best skin care there is so far in Orlando.

Got a basic facial I purchased from Groupon. It was a nice place, I loved my facial. But the girl that worked on me barely spoke to me while doing the facial. She did not educate me on anything she was doing on my face. At the end, She put a big machine on my face & didn’t tell me what it was or what it was for. She didn’t explain I couldn’t open my eyes , she only explained after I asked her what she had place on my head. My face looks and feel good though, that’s why the 3 stars.

I’ve gotten a groupon recently, and the option for the groupon isn’t on their website, so i’m calling the spa to make the appointment through the phone with them and to make it clear i have a groupon and everything as well but they have not picked up the phone for two days straight there. Horrible customer service, how do you have an establishment that you can’t even get ahold of? i’ve called 7 times in the passed 2 week days over some time if hours and left a voicemail and received nothing back. POOR HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT! They finally contacted me and told me to take my reviews down but did not try to help out. 0/10

WORST facial I had in my life! My face is breaking out a lot because of the 8+ hours wearing a mask. Also my best friend is a esthetician in PR so I know what a facial consist of. The warm steam was only directed to my forehead (which isnt my problem area) and for like 3 minutes, so the extraction was SUPER HURTFUL and on top of that she didnt use her hands for extraction, she used the metal tip that is super painful and hurts your face leaving it all red and with open skin.She also put some type of lotion and then added Blue led light with the lotion on when the LED is supposed to be direct to skin. She didnt close my pores after she finished and my face still needs more extraction. Not to leave unmentioned, they rescheduled my appointment the very same day TWICE because previous client was supposedly late and then out of nowhere they moved it back to the original appointment time bc client didnt make it to the appointment at all. If I could give 0 stars I DEFINITELY WOULD. Avoid this place at all!

Beautiful, tranquil salon. Great esthetician! She’s very knowledgeable and and gentle. Left with great feeling skin! Highly recommend and will be back!

Ive been dealing with adult acne and rosacea . They have helped me alot to better my skin, if I could go weekly I would!!!!

In my search for a good place to study I found Fmor, it was the right decision to start with them because of the quality of the course, very complete.But then I liked the environment and the human quality of all the people who work there much more ...I recommend it 100%
