The *vendors... they said and promised anything to sell their products and when you give them the money immediately they forget about everything. Plus they test their *products on you in the highest levels and that isnt healthy for your hair. When youre home using a normal setting the iron doesnt work. Dont waste time and money. Took me 3 months to get my money back and thanks to my credit card company not to them.

Ladies are very nice but the product is sold at 300% markup - the Royale flat iron is AMAZING but can be purchased elsewhere for $80 or less and they sell it for $300.Buyers beware - great product but buy it elsewhere

Quite frankly the most disrespectful vendors Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. A tall blonde man openly disrespected me and my girlfriend to try and push his product on us, stood entirely too close, and got angry and loud when we said we didnt want to spend money on his product. While talking to this horrible person, one of the other employees at the kiosk was trying to harass people passing by. Im astonished that their sale tactic is to disrespect customers and get angry at them when they say they dont want to buy a product. I normally do not write reviews for places, especially negative ones, but considering how disgusting the men working there were to everyone, I felt it to be necessary. Id give zero stars if I could. Please do not expose yourself to such a corrupt vendor, and take your business elsewhere, preferably one who deserves it.

They are clever liars. The iron did not last me a month. I have the receipt in my email and they did not want to change it. And I do not buy it there ... Helloooo as if it were gross ...
