The lady at the reception has a too obnoxious attitude. I come only 3 days a week to do speech therapy for my 2-year-old daughter and every day she has a bad attitude. They should have a nicer person.

We have been thrilled with our sons education at UCP East! His teacher is loving, patient, and he has grown so much academically and emotionally. We love the idea of an inclusive education for all students and believe it has made our son more compassionate and caring. Everyone who works at the school has the best interest of the children as their #1 priority. The teachers voted to spend money that could have been used for bonuses to build the children a pavilion. That alone speaks volumes for the culture of this school!

My son has made a huge progress sociallly and academic. He loves the school, his peers and teacher. He also receive ST and OT and he is improving a lot!

We have been at UCP Bailes for a few months now and it has been by far the best experience we have had in a school. This is the 5th school our fifth grader has attended and we have never felt so supported and happy with a school before. They really try to find solutions to the issues that our son has instead of blaming him for things he needs help controlling.

The therapist and staff members are part of the great team of UCP Bailes Campus where special children like yours get the sessions needed to improve themselves. Higlhy recommended.

If you value your childs safety I would strongly recommend you do not sent your children there. This campus specifically at UCF abused on my best friends kid and the worst part about it is the person that did it got away with it and may still be working there.

This campus owned us $50 half a year ago. Because we moved out of state and could not talk with them in person, they refused to refund us. We called they over and over again but no one took the responsiblity. Joseph broke his words. He asked our address but never mailed us the check. So bad.We cannot get our money back, but you should be careful about your money when you sign something with them.

My son has been attending this school for almost two yearsand we have been so happy with it. He is HF ASD and has speech delay, however he has made huge progress

At first we thought this school was a god sent. We were wrong. Sad to say my son was a victim of physical abuse. What made it even worse is that since he has a speech delay he was not able to identify the teacher who committed this crime. In the end this person may still be working there. My family and I were absolutely devastated for some time. Nothing is more precious to us than our children and its a horrible and helpless feeling when an institution that you are trusting with your child breaks that trust in such a horrific way.

This campus has a serious and disturbing issues with abuse complaints. I would strongly recommend anyone to look elsewhere for there children.
