I highly recommend Freestyle Martial Arts, and if you are going for your first time, talk to Danelle Clarke or Scott Fritzinger, both very friendly and highly skilled, they will take care of you! Freestyle Martial Arts is a group of individuals who are friendly, welcoming and hard working.

Love their martial-art based work-outs. They have a good mix of classes, workout times, and you can be at any level of fitness to attend these classes. I have had many injuries during the years and the instructors are informed at giving modifications, so Im still able to keep the intensity level high, and I feel great at the end of every work-out which is extremely gratifying. If your new to this concept of work outs, they offer Boot-Camps, which I believe is the best in Reno. I have done several of these and they help to get me back on track. The focal point brings together body, mind, and nutrition based knowledge to benefit all aspects of health, both physical and mental. There is nothing more frustrating then not being able to workout due to injury. This is a great place to try and very affordable. 5 Stars for Freestyle Fitness!!

I’ve been coming to Freestyle for 10+ years and the classes along with the outstanding instructors have changed my life. I love coming to class and being challenged, supported, and encouraged not just by the instructors but the community Freestyle has built. Going to kickboxing here has increased my strength, my stamina, my speed but most importantly my confidence. Freestyle forever.

This academy did not agree to cancel my daughters lessons because thats the way it appeared in the contract Ive sign, without even looking at the small letters. Zero flexibility even for foreigners, that will never be able to complete the course in the future. Doesnt seem like an attitude and moral set I would recommend my kids to get inspiration from. Profits are important, but what about other values? accepting others, earn money with dignity, respect all, be flexible and be a problem solver. This is frustrating in deed

An amazing school all-around. The martial arts instruction is top notch, the coaches are knowledgeable and caring, the facility is clean and versatile. The techniques taught are fun, practical, and lead to total body fitness. 5 stars all around.

My kids have been attending Freestyle for five years now. The instructors are top-notch, the curriculum is challenging but presented in an age-appropriate way, and its amazing to watch my kids move through the childrens program into the youth program and on to black belts. Highly recommend.

Great energy, great workouts, never boring- This place, these people, keep you pushing and inspire you to be better than you were yesterday, everyday! The eight week challenge has me down a dress size (maybe two), given me new muscle tone, and tons of energy! I love it and I just signed up for a membership!

I took the Fighter Physique class and it was a serious butt kicker. The exercises were fun and challenging, you will see great results fast with this class. It was my first time there and although Im pretty out of shape, the instructor, Rick, was friendly, encouraging and highly motivating. I would definitly recommend this to anyone looking to change up their boring workout routine. I will be back!

Our son has been part of the lil dragons unit for 1.5 years. The instructors are phenomenal and invested into the childrens success. Numerous times his instructors have checked in on how his behavior is at school. He has learned some hard lessons, but grateful and would definitely recommend. Class sizes can be large and parking sometimes hectic. But so worth the growth we see in our Goose.

Freestyle has amazing fitness classes! They teach you technique and discipline while kicking your rear into shape! If you like fast paced, energetic workouts that leave you feeling empowered and strong, this is the place for you! The variety is great both class to class and minute to minute, with several different classes offered (everything from 30 minute Fighters Physique to 60 minute Kardio Kickboxing, and my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE 45 minute heavy bag class THROWDOWN). Its hard! And it should be! Love love love this place.

I know the owner well and have observed his ability to create and maintain a top notch martial arts program over the last 20 years. Young and old alike can benefit physically and mentally from the various opportunities offered by Freestyle Martial Arts.
