Brookland middle is the textbook definition of dont judge a book by its cover. Sure some but no all teachers are strict/boring. There are some good teachers that make you look as forward as you can to school. I met so many cool and amazing people. Sure its far from perfect but... Its something 👌

Im sorry but this school is cheap. The teachers write you up for anything and some are rude. The food is not good everything is super plain. They only have one security guard. But they do have good things about the school

This school is the worst thing that has ever happened to my son. His life has been pure hell since the day he stepped foot on the campus. The teachers are lying, lazy, and could care less about the child. There are only 3 teachers that I would consider to be nice and caring. If you can help it, DO NOT TRUST THAT THIS IS A GOOD SCHOOL FOR YOUR CHILD! We are trying to get out of this schools district .

I went there two years ago and now i hear it has lost it 5 stars of excellence back then the food was terrible and there was a lot of construction going on so a lot of places in the school were off limits including the library, gym, bathrooms and the teachers were both nice and rude. I have also heard last year the old principal and administrators were fired and replaced with new ones new teachers and new janitors they need to fix the school once and for all

Brookland isnt that bad. people blame their bad grades on the strict teachers but thats just a stupid excuse. I think every school has good teachers and bad teachers, but if youre really failing you can just go to tutoring. The tutors are pretty good at explaining stuff and they get the point across pretty clearly. If theres anything that i really despise about Brookland its that the food sucks, but i just pack a lunch so problem solved.

From my experience in Brookland, it is a terrible school. I do not recommend your child going here, it is not accredited. The teachers do not know how to teach which is the reason students fail their sols. The food is terrible and recently students have not been coming to school due to the nasty food. If your child is about to go to middle school, do not put them in Brookland...seriously, dont.

Every thing about this school just sucks. The school year is almost over and tbh everything is bad. The teachers are very rude and dont teach you anything important. There is only one nice teacher and that is Mr. Amador, I take band class and are regular teacher left because she had a baby and out substitute Mr.H is so rude. He doesnt even teach us right. All he does is shout at kids. My trumpet my dad bought me wast working so i told him i couldnt play, he told me to bring him my trumpet and this dude put his whole mouth on my PERSONAL trumpet. Parents just dont send your kids here. Food is trash, bathrooms dont work, teachers accuse you of stuff, lots of kids bully people, boys make moaning sounds, and teachers shout a lot. And lots of kids there are racist so are teachers.

Brookland middle school is a decent school. From my experience the teachers were nice and wanted us to do the best we can. It is kinda stupid with unnecessary drama and fights. You can make great friends there and it can be very enjoyable. Brookland has got itself a really bad reputation. Before I went I thought it was going to be the worst experience of my life. It isnt really that bad but it can get bad sometimes. My opinion is that this school is not really that bad and I had a great time there.

Now that I look in hindsight, the school wasnt that bad. Doesnt mean it was perfect, considering the sub-par food, the amount of fights, and the questionable punishments. However, there is some decent teachers there from the last time I remember going there. Also, take some of these other reviews with a grain of salt considering that most of these reviews are made by children.

I go to Brookland. I used to go to Moody. I kind of miss moody, but brooklands COOL! They have nicer teachers and its easier to skip class at brookland than at moody. I havent made friends yet (because thats hard).

Brookland isnt that bad, the bathrooms arent maintained too well but they could be worse. the food isnt the best, but like i said earlier, it could be worse. the education is pretty good, there are some great teachers and administrators here and as far as i can tell, they want the students to do well and try hard. overall, brookland isnt that bad, there are some bad kids but that applies to almost any school, just try not to get on their bad side or anything.

Iv only been here for like a month and I love and you get awesome computers and all the teachers and principles are nice just a little to much fitting

Brookland middle school is ok but some teachers are very meen and I in 8 grade out all the teacher I had 23 tonly 17 teacher was nice but out 23 teacher only one didn’t teach good but bookland is a Good school but not a amazing I that why I go get Brookland middle school 4 stars .

Yes, Brookland is as ghetto as can be. There are better and worse schools than Brookland but in my opinion, Brookland middle school isnt nearly as bad as people say. Just like almost every public school in existence, there are annoying teachers, bad lunch food, and a few quirks in the education. But for as cheap and run down Brookland is, theyre not that bad.

Im in the 6th grade and this school is how can I say it but HORRIBLE. Every time theres a fight the teachers literally come after the fight is over. And the science teachers dont every get me started shoot Ms. Jacoby need to go somewhere. And one more thing Ms. Laws needs some milk.

I go to TMS not Brookland but I know of one student who left Brookland because people would steal his work. Really ghetto and Im all anti-ghetto.

Brookland middle school is not bad yeah it can be boring sometimes but BAD kids want to have a lot of play time and when the teacher says no they act so bad .
