This facility is absolutely amazing. I am a single mother of 2, and was having a terrible experience with a previous daycare provider. On top of having to remove my kids from this provider, we were also in the middle of a very abrupt move from Greece to Gates so I needed something fast and reliable. I honestly never thought I would be this happy with childcare, and thanks to Imagination a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. From the moment I started speaking with Erin I felt comfortable. I did not have good feelings about any of the other places I looked in to. Erin helped me feel comfortable and immediately assured me that she could offer everything I needed for my 4 and 7 year old. Everyone at imagination is Kind, efficient, and great with communication. On top of that the facility is huge and has a wonderful learning curriculum. I am beyond satisfied knowing my girls are here every day.

Im a mom who loves writing and reading reviews so I hope this helps other families who are in search of a school/childcare provider.Let me start off with saying I did enjoy this school for my son who is in pre school. However if your kids are being evaluated or could potentially have learning delays you may want to look else where. Not because the staff will treat them differently but because they cant accommodate to children with certain special needs or thats being evaluated to see if special education is even the right placement for them as I was eventually told on the day I was asked to search for another provider. My child has been in daycare since about 6 months of age from Ohio- to Rochester NY. In total he has been to 3 facilities in his life span of 3.6 years. He left one facility because of relocation to Rochester, NY. The other facility we left because of the pandemic, I at the time was in nursing school so cost was a factor but other than that we would have kept him there.Once I was able to send my child back to school we went with Imagination Childcare Academy. The director is amazing. I love their curriculum, the kids always learned things, they always came home with nice art work, projects etc. However, my son did not thrive in this environment. He actually started to regress. He is being evaluated for some developmental delays but again I never had half the issues I had at his previous provider that I experienced here. Not to say this was a bad place, I just think you should thoroughly do your research. Be up front and honest and ask if they will be able to accommodate your child (which I was, I had already let them know he was being evaluated for speech at the time). It really disheartened me when I was asked to find my son another provider. They were willing to let him stay for a few weeks while I was doing so, but to be honest what parent would allow their kid to stay somewhere where they clearly have stated the environment is not for them and they would like for him to leave.Needless to say my son will be going back to his previous provider Childtime with open arms and clear concise communication, and most importantly a plan to work on the issues we had with the previous provider and the things we as parents are working on at home and with his specialist going forward. Again, if your child can thrive without extra help and accommodation then this is a decent place. If your child is being evaluated and has not start to receive services then maybe you should speak a little more with the director so she can come up with a plan for her staff to assist your needs better. Please note: I was never told my child was a safety concern when he was recently asked to leave, I was only told that he would have multiple periods throughout his part time day of loud moments, not wanting to participate, occasionally running at play time outside away from the teacher in what looks to be a fenced in location. His daily reports were never accurate because one teacher would say his day wasnt as challenging but another would say otherwise. When they removed him from the classroom he would calm down. Maybe he was over stimulated or maybe something in the classroom was provoking him. In any case he is no longer there.Again great place, no hard feelings at all, But not as inclusive after this previous experience.Hope this helps :)

My two children have been going to Imagination for the past several years. Last year we switched to one integrated into the school- and this year were back to Imagination. The director, Erin, has an outgoing and friendly personality and both of my children love the teachers there. The school teachers knew of the daycare and told us that the children coming into kindergarten are some of the best prepared compared to their peers. As soon as we can get the third there, hell be going as well.

Imagination Childcare Academy is a place where your child can learn, explore, and grow. Our daughter has been attending their program since January 2013 and we have been completely amazed by her enthusiasm for learning since beginning here. She has done numerous things that have helped prepare her for kindergarten in the fall. I am impressed by the level of differentiated instruction they provide in both math and literacy. Our daughter is using beginning sounds to determine words, recognizing site words, and reading emergent reader books. It doesn’t stop there! The themed studies of the week offer endless opportunities for math activities, science experiments, and learning important life skills. On top of the wonderful learning opportunities they offer, they also provide lots of love and care for each and every child. We know that when we drop our daughter off each morning we are leaving her with teachers who love her like one of their own.

Thanks to Imagination for all their hard work. It is a very welcoming school with great programs and extra curricular activities such as cultural dinner night and they also have free classes about parenting etc. My daughter enjoyed her teachers and classmates and she learned a lot while in the UPK program. Keep up the good work!

My daughter has been attending Imagination for almost 2 years now and we absolutely love it!! Amazing supportive staff, so much more than childcare. The teachers really put a lot of time and effort into their curriculum and my daughter has not only grown in her interpersonal skills, but in her general knowledge as well. She loves attending Imagination Childcare and always says how much fun she has with her teachers and peers. I cant say enough good things about Erin the director and both of the teachers weve had (Elizabeth in the toddler room and Maryann in jr pre-k).

My daughter is 8 years old and she loves it when she has days off from school so that she can spend the day at Imagation Child Care. She enjoys all the fun projects and she loves going outside on the play ground. She is always happy to come here and she loves all the staff. I feel that the staff is well trained and that they all care about the children in their care. I will keep sending my daughter there and I would recomand others to come and check it out.

My son went to this daycare for almost 2 years. In the time that my son attended this facility the director, Erin made 2 false allegations to Child Protective Services. The first time my son had marker on his arm and she said that I hit him. The second time he had a stye on his eye and again she said that I hit him. She told the CPS worker that she had to warn her that Im not her average clientele. I had a meeting with Erin and the CPS worker and she informed us that shes not sure as a director what shes supposed to report. I feel discriminated against because I have visible tattoos. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
