Great training! After you graduate, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to become a SDR. Be prepared to work. If you put forth the effort, you will succeed. Role plays were my favorite. I would give six stars if it was an option. Thanks AlwaysHired!

I just completed my first week on the job as an SDR.Amazing!The Always Hired bootcamp was rigorous and the curriculum was thorough which prepared me to thrive and ramp up quickly. In fact, Ill begin a cold email/call campaign in just my second week on the job.Note, the pace is not for everyone. Gabe, Elliot, and the trainers will test and constantly challenge your limits. At the same time theyll go above and beyond to encourage and support your growth.Come to Always Hired if you are hungry to learn and committed to a difficult yet extremely rewarding experience. I knew Always Hired would change my life but I couldn’t have imagined how quickly it would do so! If you’re on the fence and you’re sure you want to do sales, stop wondering and just go for it.I followed the process and had a job offer with my dream company a week after finishing the program. The program that I did is a full time 3 week course. First there is sales training, then sales tools training, tech training and finally interview training.The key to finding success is to embrace being out of your comfort zone! I was uncomfortable plenty of times doing mock interviews, or mock sales calls, but this was essential for me to really grow in such a short time.Gabe has put together an excellent system for sales training. Dain is head of development and is amazing at his role! John is the head instructor and he’s really as great as it gets when it comes to training! He makes the material interesting with personal stories and is patient with explaining things if someone doesn’t understand. He will also give you feedback that you NEED to hear in order for you to be successful in your future career.The thing about AlwaysHired is that every person in the team has plenty of experience and demonstrated success in their previous roles which brings extremely valuable insights that they share with you. You’re getting taught by people who truly care about creating the best sales professionals in tech! Another bonus is getting connected to the alumni community filled with professionals who are mostly responsive and helpful.

My background is in Digital Marketing and when I got involved with Business Development I felt there was a gap in my direct sales skills. I was looking for a hands-on and results-oriented program to learn not only some sales skills, but also best practices, methodologies, and tools that are successfully applied in tech sales.AlwaysHired had the best online reviews, but as a digital marketer, I always try to verify whatever information I find online. I was a student at Always Hired during the spring of 2017. I am a career-changer: Ive had a successful sales career in the solar industry, but really wanted to break into tech sales, and through lots of trial and error understood that the right way to go about it would be through as an SDR. I joined Always Hired to gain some of the training that would be necessary for this type of high-volume, high-pressure position. Always Hired gave me a TON of personalized training and all the tools that I need to feel confident about the move. Weve revamped my resume, LinkedIn, my interview skills, my telephone skills... all within a course of three weeks. The class was intense and extremely useful. I still use a lot of the materials from Always Hired in my day-to-day. I had three offers within a few weeks of graduation. I am really glad I did it.

Gabe was able to provide very specific training to both myself and a cohort; we were able to pick up speed from being fairly new to the SDR industry, into having an understanding of the sales process as a whole, as well as the technology stack (CRMs, Outreach, LeadIQ, and others). In addition, there is a large emphasis on being able to understand the tools and where they do / dont work, to avoid reliance on the tools and focus on gaining skillsets that are a higher priority in the sales cycle (grit, persistence, listening skills). Overall Gabe is, and continues to be, an immense help. His alumni also acts as a large support group and indicates the learning doesnt stop outside of the classroom.

Also helped me connect with so many awesome humans over the years looking to move into sales.Great experience during and after - keeping the 5 stars.---THEE place to go for tech sales training (or any sales at that). I went from Lyft driver to tech sales action hero in less than a month. The course material is on-point and the instructors are world class. Sure, its not easy. As corny as it sounds, the statement growth and comfort cannot coexist simultaneously really comes to light during this course.If you want to work hard and grow in a safe environment, AH is the place for you.If you want to be comfortable with life and just sit back, I suggest something else.In addition to the excellent lessons, the alumni community is tight and readily available for mentorship and advice. My experience with Always Hired would best be described as the stepping stone that allowed me to jumpstart a career in tech. Flying out from Los Angeles to San Francisco to interview and enroll with this 3 week bootcamp initially seemed risky, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive seen through in my life.This program teaches you to become knowledgeable of the skills and tools needed to be a successful SDR. Although the process may seem relatively short, it will require lots of hard work and determination.My fellow cohort members and I came in ready to learn, intent on utilizing this experience to build our careers. Always Hired is probably one of the best things to happen to me. I did my research and found many sales bootcamps in the Bay area, I spoke to some of them but trust me this is the best and the legit place. Are you looking for a break in tech companies, dont look any where, Always Hired is the place.You dont have any tech sales experience? dont worry their curriculum is probably the best I would say, where they train you on all the essential things that are needed to be successful in the tech sales right from understanding the SaaS business, the different tools that are used in the companies, objection handling, writing perfect emails, question based selling to name a few.Always Hireds biggest strength is Gabe and the alumni Network. Alumni Network is a tight knit group and very active. I went through the 3 week bootcamp and it was a great learning curve and I graduated as an improved Individual and every single person in my cohort felt the same. Once you finish the bootcamp they help you with placements which I bet you wont get it anywhere.Regarding the cost, I would not see that as cost when you compare it with the value you are going to get out of the 3 weeks. it is a launchpad and the ROI is very high. If you have the right attitude and follow the process, you will land a job in less than a month after graduating. It has always been a personal goal to of mine to land a job at a startup, but without the skills and knowledge, I was at a disadvantage. The Alwayshired team landed me more than one offer at tech company within two months after completion of the three-week tech sales course! Expectations are high, but if you stay structured, organized, and if you put in 100% you get results. The team at AlwaysHired are experienced mentors and coaches they give you honest feedback from start of the course until the moment you receive your offer. If they present you with valuable feedback you better act on it, its evident that their feedback will help you land a job. Another part of the course I loved was staying connected through Alumni that you can reach out to anytime to ask for advice. They also can share their experience current as an SDR and guide you through the interview process at the end of your course.
