Art & Soul has been amazing! My daughter loves the owner, teachers, choreography, and kids. This studio has been such a blessing to us. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind. My daughter always comes out smiling. They definitely work hard and but they also know how to have fun!

The studio, the instructors, and the directors of this dance company are all amazing! My daughter started with them during their summer camp and continued in their intro class and absolutely loves her instructors. They are encouraging and have extreme patience when working with a lot of kids under the age of 5. They offer a lot of great scheduled options and are always looking at ways to improve their offerings and availability to all levels of dancers.

Art and soul is absolutely amazing! They promote kindness and inclusivity and are welcoming to everyone. the quality of leadership is unsurpassed. The dance technique taught to all is the highest quality in the area. My daughter loves it here and feels like a second home. highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio for both recreational and competitive team experiences.

We had my daughters birthday party at Art & Soul Dance Company and we were more than satisfied. Alana along with her staff went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday party a success. It was nice for my husband and I to just relax and enjoy the party. The staff handled all the setting up before, they entertained the kids the whole time and, cleaned up everything. My daughter and her friends had a great time. The girls even had a dance performance at the end of the party to show all the parents. I highly recommend the studio for your next birthday party plans. My daughter also takes classes there and we have been extremely happy.

Alana Turner epitomizes the essence of a Dance education professional. She has been instrumental in the amazing development of our daughter and many other young dancers since relocating from Toronto to Lakewood Ranch in 2014. Alanna turns ordinary dancers into extraordinary ones. She has taught Tap, Jazz and Lyrical dance technique over the past two years to our daughter which has lead to many Regional and National Dance awards. Alanna also teaches the essentials of strength and conditioning to her competitive dancers. We are so excited to join Alana and faculty at Art and Soul this season.

This dance studio is the best! Coming from a different state and adjusting to Florida was very hard. Art and Soul welcomed my daughter and I with open arms. They have the best attitudes. They are all so loving and caring. My daughter gets so excited to go to dance class every Saturday morning. She loves Ms. Sarah and is always so excited to see her. Ms. Alana is amazing. She is very respectful and understanding. I feel like she treat the dancers as if they are her own. She works very hard to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. I would highly recommend this studio. Great dance instructors and dancers!!! By far the best dance studio!!!

So my daughter only attended beginners classes for a couple of months its seems okay so far. We are still getting to know the staff and parents.

We love Art & Soul Dance Company! Its our daughters first steps with ballet and shes already performing so well at the age of four.Shes learnt basic positions, shes gained her personal strength, and it has come with so much fun in every class.This is a great place with a great atmosphere and professional, friendly staff. Ms. Sarah from the Creative Movement ballet class is extremely patient with the little ones, getting them into the ballet spirit in a gentle, welcoming way.We highly recommend Art & Soul Dance Company!

This dance studio is amazing. My child absolutely enjoys going to her class. She walks in with a smile and walks out with an even bigger smile. The staff is very welcoming and the instructors are so encouraging. We feel like family here!

Where should i start??.. ART & SOUL is so much more than just a dance school. It’s a wonderful place for young girls (and boys) to cultivate their skills and I feel lucky to have my daughter enrolled in such a wonderful school. Since the day we walked in the doors of Art & Soul Dance Company, my husband and I knew we were making the right decision for our daughter’s dance education. Miss Alana and her entire staff are loving, professional, educated instructors who are clearly passionate about their craft. I would highly recommend Art & Soul 💚💜💚💜 dance company to any recreational or competitive dancer looking to develop their skills in the Lakewood Ranch Area. In fact, next month we are adding another dancer to the mix, my five-year-old boy will be enrolling in Mr. Terrell’s Saturday morning hip-hop class! They truly have something for everyone. ☺️☺️—A dance mom of a competitive dancer and a beginning recreational hip hop dancer!

Art & Soul has been a great move for us. Alana, the owner, made promises to us when we met her and has honored all of them. She and her staff are professional, talented, and very dedicated to making our kids feel welcomed, appreciated, successful....I know my daughter is proud to be a member of the competitive team (she wears her jacket everywhere) and her other team members made her feel welcome right from the start.

This is our first year dancing with Art & Soul and we love it! The ballet teacher, Miss Sarah, is so skilled as not only a beautiful ballerina, but also a gifted teacher with patience for days. Miss Iya is beyond talented and her experience and skill is evident during every class. The studio is always clean and feels very professional.

Ive had Ms Alana Turner for 2 years as a dance teacher and let me just tell you, she is amazing. I started dance about 3 years ago, and I started in a competitive team and she taught on Wednesdays for one hour. One hour a week, but she still managed to make it amazing (like always). The dance that she choreographed always managed to get platinums and place in the overalls. In fact, at the nationals, we placed 3rd overall in all junior dances, and were selected to dance again for the showcase. This year, she choreographed my tap and jazz routines. Our tap performance always got in the overalls. In fact, at Radix, we were awarded with the Best of Radix award along with many other special awards at other competitions. Likewise ,most of the girls in my team had never tapped before. Onto Ms Alanas personality; she may seem strict, but its only because shes getting the best out of you. The faculty at Art and Soul Dance Company is extremely talented, and I cant wait to start the season!

This has been an amazing week for my daughter! She has been very excited to get up and go each morning and has made some great friends. Miss Kiki, Miss Hannah and Mrs. Alana are excellent and the children all love them! I highly recommend this camp for some summer fun for the kiddos!

Miss Alana really has a wonderful studio. You can feel her love and heart for each of her dancers and their families. My six year old takes ballet on saturdays with Miss Sarah who is incredibly patient and loving. Really love this studio.

Absolutely love Art & Soul!!! My 4yr daughter struggled with confidence and anxiety. She was very fearful to start school. So I put her into creative ballet 1 in hopes it would help her. It has done more than I have could imagine or hope for!! Best thing we have ever done!!!
