My dad and I have been taking lessons for three weeks with Evie to craft our “father daughter” dance for my wedding. We have ZERO dance experience, and Evie has created the most perfect routine for our personality and style, and has managed to teach us how to dance in only two lessons! Highly recommend this studio. We are so please with the newest addition to the Dynasty family. The LWR studio has multiple rooms which are perfect for group or individual lessons. The LWR staff are all very knowledgeable and professional. Their addition to the existing program creates a well rounded program that offers a lot of variety.

I have been coming to Dynasty Dance Club for over six years. Sarah Haworth was my first instructor and over the years I have been taught by the most talented, easy to work instructors you can find anywhere. Both my son and I have been dancing at Dynasty for years. Sarah is amazing with all of the kids at the studio, she even gets my shy guy to come out of his shell! I have been dancing with Maks on and off for over a decade and my experience had never been anything less than amazing! I love dancing with Sarah and Colton they really help you to understand the moves and they are so passionate. I have been apart of the Dynasty family for about 6 months. I have been dancing virtually for 2 1/2 months now. Maks and Michele have been very helpful in teaching us to dance alone during this time. We have even learned a new dance virtually. My experience at Beyond Dancing has been a life changing one. I was always that guy that would never go to a party because I was always too shy to dance. The combination of private lessons, group lessons and parties was exactly what I needed to become not only a good dancer, but more social. At first, like anything new you take up, I was extremely shy to show up at the dance studio. All of the instructors took their time to talk to me about the dances, techniques, or answer any questions that I had. You get a very good deal on attending the group lessons and parties as you are introduced to many dances you have not tried before. During the parties you can practice all of these to better your dancing or start up a new style. But the real treat came when I signed up for one of their showcases to do a Foxtrot solo, something I had never danced before. I was very hesitant to dance in public, but with great support from my teachers I took on the challenge and it was the best decision I had ever made. As of today I am able to dance most Ballroom and Latin dances and enjoy myself at parties. In many cases now I am the one showing people a little bit of Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot or any of the other dances that are not very common at regular parties. Coming to this studio was one of the best decisions I ever made. It helped with confidence, stress at work and overall mental and physical health. Im familiar with the world of dance studios like Fred Astaire, Arthur Murray and the like. My experience having lessons with Francisco were quite pleasant. He was encouraging, supportive, and straight forward in his instruction. While I am an employee (full disclosure), I walked in with minimal ballroom dancing experience; but, they have quickly taught me the basics with patience, alacrity, and professionalism. Our kindergarten daughter truly enjoys coming to ballet and tumbling combination class at Beyond Dancing. The instructor is fantastic and the class is a perfect size for small group learning together. She just participated in her first on stage performance for a Holiday event on Lakewood Ranch Main Street and is very proud of herself and her friends. I definitely recommend this dance studio.

As empty nesters, my husband and I decided we wanted to try some new activities that we could do together. We started with a Groupon package to try it out. Learning to dance better and having fun together were the goals for my husband and I when we signed up for dance lessons at Beyond Dancing. There have been some awfully strange things happening at Beyond Dancing since December...first they brought on a new teacher that was very talented, Ray? dont know his last name but it didnt take very long till he was suddenly gone. Then I found out a married couple Bryan and Janet, he was teaching mainly new clients but he was a very good teacher and she was at the front desk everyone seemed to like her a lot, they didnt come back after the new year and now I find out that another teacher Dale is gone too, he was so fun and energetic. This leaves one man teacher, the owner that is very into his own dancing and doesnt listen to the clients very much. If a business cant keep their employees how can they keep their clients. I think I will dance somewhere else!

I have enjoyed my dancing experience at Beyond Dancing. Learned Latin and Ballroom dances in a fun and friendly environment. Great instructors and many opportunities to practice your dancing in groups and parties.Dancing always improves my mood ,as well as being good exercise!

We had a wonderful experience with our first teacher Brian, he was so patient, understanding, kept our learning at a pace we could handle and really made us feel that we could dance together. However, we really lost steam the last lesson we had when our teacher was out sick, it was really a downer, they tried to show us some fancy patterns and material that we just could not handle. Then at the end of the lesson they talked to us about the next course that we really thought we would do but the way that lesson went we thought it wasnt the right time for us, there was supposed to be a program that was planned for us but we didnt see it and we just got cold feet. They offered us another lesson when our teacher was back and we booked it but we left frustrated and not feeling good about ourselves.Long story short....yea right....we canceled our last lesson and we never got the energy back to try again.I dont really know how to rate this, our first teacher was awesome, the group classes we went to were good, the parties (didnt go to yet, we were too scared) , the last lesson experience was terrible and confidence blowing....

I can say that when my little sister first came and got into ballet she loved it . she comes happy to learn and move ❤️. the kids and people in this place has been so nice and funny. my sister enjoys her time in these classes and she loves her teachers . Even to say my sister talks about her experiences in her ballet classes

Beyond Dancing is a great place to learn dancing. Its a great introduction to all type of dances. Rumba, Bachata, Salsa, Ballroom. Rachel is an excellent instructor.

Ive always loved to dance but have never learned the art of ballroom. My daughter has taken it in school for the past two years and has loved every minute of it. I decided to purchase a Groupon with a friend to see if it would be something I would enjoy as well. After the first nerve wracking lesson of discovering how rusty I am, they were nothing but patient, supportive and did everything to put me at ease the entire time. Before the next lesson, I enjoyed several group lessons to get the hang of things on a more social level to combat my nervousness and shyness before the next one on one. I cannot say enough great things about Francisco, Daniel and Tiffany as instructors. They are all Very patient and take their time answering any and all questions. I am happy to say that I have signed up for more lessons and my daughter has had a wonderful experience with all 3 instructors as well. We will both continue learning and having a great time at Beyond Dancing. Highly, highly recommend!!

I transferred to this studio from one in North Carolina approximately one year ago. I do not consider myself to be a quitter so I stayed with them far longer than I should have. I kepted telling myself things will get better. My instructor was more interested in talking about other students and his personal life than providing a lesson. There is a certain amount of chit chat that happens, but I felt I was being taken advantage of and couldnt figure out how to get things back on track. He would also leave in the middle of a lesson or start late to take care of other personal things. The final straw for me was when I was sick and rather than call me to see how I was doing, they called to ask me to bring in a check when I still had several pre-paid lessons left. When I requested a refund of the remainder of my pre-paid lessons they declined and kept the money. This, I feel, is very poor customer relations. I paid in good faith that I would receive a quality service. If either party is no longer satisfied you should walk away and realize that it wasnt a good fit. You should not keep money you did not earn. The owner even stated to me once that they refund when someone wants to stop lessons, I guess this is not true. Very disappointed.

We are both seniors with a few weddings coming up and neither of us could dance a lick. We always enjoyed watching other people dance but we were afraid to try. We purchased a Groupon to Beyond Dancing just to see what would happen.. Immediately Francisco and Rachael made the experience so much fun that we went from wanting to surprise our family to wanting to learn for ourselves. It has added a whole new dimension to our golden years. We are snowbirds and will return to Florida in November to continue our learning. I bought a Groupon for 3 private classes, 45 minutes each, the first lesson we spent 30min filling out paperwork and going over what to expect, so we really danced for 15min, the next lesson was about 30min and the last one was all about getting me to sign up for more classes...very pushy, made me uncomfortable...all about sale..all about money...poor manners and very unprofessional! I would never go back there or recommend the place to anyone.
