When you first pull up to the center it is very ran down from the outside, the windows are very dirty the grounds are not well kept at all, there are a lot of old trees hanging all around the school that concerns me with the storms. When you walk in it is a very small center and looks un kept. Children are crying and teachers do not look professional. We had a scheduled tour and the lady working the front wasn’t aware and seemed to care less what we were there for. Our daughter wasn’t greated with a warm welcome at all. After looking around the school from the “lobby” we decided to not even waist our time with a tour and to continue to take our daughter else ware to find her a program. The school needs a complete make over and needs to consider hiring new staff or at least making sure staff looks well kept. I would rate it 0 stars. I feel bad for the parents who send their children to that place

I have three kiddos that have attended here for 8 months. The staff is super friendly and loves and cares for all the children. The curriculum is wonderful. Communication is superb. I recommend this daycare to anyone who asks me for recommendations or are looking for a great daycare. The directors are some of the sweetest and most thoughtful people.

La Petite has helped my child grow with leaps and bounds. We started her in the infant room and she is now loving the 1year old room. The staff is always available to talk and we as a family have learned a lot from them. Thank you all for what you do and the love you give my child and the other children. Thank you 🙏

High turnover with staff. The property is not maintained. There’s garbage all over the parking lot. It’s a shame as there are a few nice people who care about the kids there. Unfortunately they aren’t the teachers. My son had at least 10 different teachers this year. There’s no consistency. We’ve since moved him to an established daycare and have noticed improvements right away.

Waste of time. I went on a tour and was informed that there was an opening available for my 15 month old son. At the closing of the tour I asked for an enrollment packet and I was informed they were “out”. So I offered to print one from the website and come back to return it. Since the tour went well and this location is on a path I travel everyday I decided to rule out the other facilities we previously visited. That was over a month ago. I’ve been calling leaving messages and spoke with several staff members and assistant director that informed me the “director” will give me a call back. Still my son hasn’t been able to start school and no one has contacted me. This was a huge inconvenience and waste of time for myself and my family. Now my sons stuck without a provider. Because I chose this place over the other 2 facilities. If you’re in need of immediate placement please don’t waste your time.

My daughter started at this center when she was only 10 weeks old. I liked it then... BUT NOW... they have a new Director, Assistant Director, and staff and they are amazing!!!!! My daughter is almost 3 now and she is excelling in so many ways. The staff are clean and friendly and genuinely love what they do.

My daughter has been going to this school for about 6 months. I only have good things to say about the staff and the curriculum!! My daughter looks forward to going to school everyday!! I definitely recommend La petite Academy!

The director, teachers and assistants all genuinely care for the kids. the facility is clean. the hours are flexible. the prices are reasonable. the previous places my daughter was at was a nightmare, while La Petite has been an excellent experience for us and my daughter. id recommend La Petite to all parents!

Our kids had been going to La Petite for a while and we had all kinds of issues with the previous director, but when Teha stepped in as director, things started changing for the better. My husband and I had doubts, but Teha listened to us about what our kids needed, and she actively made the changes we needed. Under her direction, things got done and all the teachers and staff were much more organized. Thank you Teha, teachers, and staff for having such a positive influence on our kids!

I have a 11 week old son, and looking for a daycare for myself and his mother, was a very nerve wrecking experience. We did not just want to put our son anywhere, and we wanted to find a school that felt like home for our son while he was in their care. So often we hear about horror stories of children being mistreated in the care of a daycare, through my tour at La Petite Academy, all of those fears were put to rest. We have been in attendance since our son was 6 weeks old, and it has been a wonderful experience. They have cameras located in every classroom, which are being monitored by the director daily. They also have an app called BrightWheel that gives all of the parents access to their childs day, what they ate, diaper changes, and pictures/ videos are sent directly to you. We were able to be apart of our sons day without physically being with him. The staff are absolutely wonderful, they really take the time to engage with the children and the parents. The director is wonderful, she is always available to assist with questions or concerns, and really takes the time to get to know all of the families. We are so happy that we chose this facility, and look forward to watching our son grow up with them!

I took my son when he was 10 months old about 3 yrs ago and the baby room is suppose to be super clean for mobile babies (ive worked in 1 and seen several) Everyone walked in with shoes and when my he became a toddler he would always be dirty until one day my mom picked him up & told them. I think for what we pay the least that could be done is wipe there faces if they have boogers or just dirty from eating. Bit disappointed in this school, was planning to take him to vpk here but not anymore.

I went on a tour with my almost 2 year old. The ladies were nice and they showed me around. Unfortunately the facility looked very dirty. The carpet looked dirty, the windows, the toys looked dirty too. Also, they were some kids that had boogers coming out 😔 and they weren’t cleaned out. That was a turned off for me and decided not to registered my baby girl.

Theyve been caring for my little one since he was 3 months old and I wouldnt have it any other way. All of his teachers have been wonderful and the administration has been great to work with.

The admin is awesome and very supportive. Although my daughter goes to another daycare due to distance reasons, I still can rely on the flexibility of the staff at La Petite on Vintage Drive to take care of her when her primary daycare is not available.

When it was time to return to work after the birth of my son; I had toured many daycare centers. I was very disappointed in what I found as I am not one to just leave my son with just anyone without knowing he would be well cared for and safe. After my tour at La Petite Acadamy, my faith in daycares had been restored! I am back to work now, and can focus on my job without worrying if my son is safe and happy!

The only reason I put 1 Star is because I have to, and also because the teachers are awesome! However, there has been issues since day 1 involving a certain child in the daycare. Biting, hitting, spitting, swearing, throwing toys.. all traits my child picked up from this one. I’ve seen this child rip toys out of childrens’ hands, I’ve seen him physically harm another, and now I’ve seen him throwing chairs at fellow classmates. I immediately reached out to the director and we sat down and spoke about this. Not going into detail. I also called her boss before hand and explained everything that happened. I was made aware that this child would be completely moved out of the school as he is a danger to others around him (including my child), then only to find out he was still at the school but would not be in the classroom with my son, then come to find out he has been since I’ve been told he’s gonna be gone so I was clearly lied to. I’m looking out for the safety of my child and the other children who are so unfortunate to come in contact with this abusive child. DCF has been involved already for him bullying and abusing another child and now he’s throwing chairs? This child needs help but I failed to mention something.. he’s the directors son! That tells you why nothing is being done about this. Nobody takes it seriously but they would if it happened to their child. I have to also make you aware that she is now retaliating against my child for me taking measures to fix this issue. If her son was being parented then I’m sure he wouldn’t be the actual devil. She will say there’s others like that, she will say she can’t afford to move her son because she’s a single mom (cry me a River..we’ve all been there), This should tell you that my feelings don’t matter and the entire classrooms’ safety means absolutely nothing to this horrible woman. Please god if you can keep your child away from this horrible nasty director who is faker than anything, then do it! On a different note, the teachers are amazing!(Many parents have disenrolled their children because of issues with this woman/ her child..save your money and find a better school who will actually do something about psycho children)

First: 1 star is far too generous.*this review is not intended as a reflection on the teachers, but more on a corporate level.This place does not give a darn about its employees. They will demand they work ridiculous hours, at insanely low rates (it is IMPOSSIBLE to support yourself on the pay, and if you have kids-- good luck, hope your spouse/partner gets paid well).They will believe anything a prospective customer says over the word of a longterm staff member (10+ years of dedication).If you enjoy paying up the butt for overworked, overwhelmed, under appreciated teachers to care for your child, then, by all means enroll here!! Corporate will do everything they can to maximize THEIR pay, but who cares what lives they destroy in the process. As far as Im concerned, the DM is nothing more than a fake, lying, sneaky corporate minion. (You know its bad when KIDS call out her fakeness and describe her as the worst).**(I cant personally comment on the director, as i never really had any type of relationship with her).**A LONG time ago, this company was great, but, selfishness and profit over people changed all that.
