Extremely poor customer service. They have some products that are quite good. But when you find one that isnt quite as good and attempt to return it, that return is not even honored and the call center is not treating customers appropriately. Fire

These people are constantly spamming my email box with their garbage spamming emails. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THEIR MAILING LIST. They unethically and illegally obtained my email without my consent. I have no need for your product and I dont know who you are. I requested to be removed from your emailing list and you still keep sending me spam. This serves as an official cease and desist. Sending me any more spam will be subjected to legal ramifications.
