I enjoy meals at this institute multiple times. The students are a delight to talk to. Most are polite and attentive.The quality of the food are mostly pretty good. On rare occasions, very few dishes missed the mark.The concept of prix-fix is well applied here. One pays a reasonable price for a choice of appetizers, one main dish (typically, a choice of chicken, fish or beef), and one dessert. Also included are an amuse-bouche before the appetizer, a serving of bread, and a palate cleanser before the main dish.Reservation is required.I will return to this institute whenever I can.

Fantastic!!! The entire experience was phenomenal! I took a group of middle school students for a tour and fancy lunch. The staff at the Culinary Institute were so gracious and did such a wonderful job of showing us around and answering the students questions. Lunch was, of course incredible!!!

Amazing gourmet food, wonderful students and teacher, terrific value. This is a hidden gem !

This was our first visit and it wont be our last. The service by the students was very professional, they were attentive and polite. They were very knowledgeable about everything. The food was delicious, served in a very appealing way. It was as awesome experience. I recommend it to everyone.

This restaurant is excellent for ambiance, food and service. The menu is very limited but enough choices to be satisfied. If you have not gone here, it is a must try.

I currently attend school here and I am nearing the end of the program. I am learning concepts in new ways while maintaining a passion of all things food. If you are thinking of coming here to dine you will not regret it ! If you get a chance to attend the school for any reason then I encourage you to take that opportunity. The staff as a whole, but especially the chefs (educators), sommelier, receptionist, registrar, and schools President are all very hands on and do a superb job. I could not feel more cared for as a student and I know I have not only a safe place to learn but also a family.

My daughter attended in 2003 and graduated in 2004, as part of the tuition the institute promised that she could take two 2 - 6 week courses of her choosing at a later date with no time limits for further education or simply as a refresher course. They have been Great!

The Du Jour restaurant ran by Arizona Culinary Institute students is a great place to dine! I have been 3 times and havent been disappointed. Their restaurant is peaceful, and quiet, the servers are always polite and want to make sure you have a great experience while eating here. Their lunch service is also under 20$ for 4 courses plus its great quality food. You cant get any better that! Id recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good quality meal, with great prices, and a comfortable environment.

Worst chef I have seen with degrees. You get better education reading the back of the craft box. These guys cant boil water. Theres a huge lack of basic skill. Its terrible how many times a great tasting dish was made and had to be chucked because of poor execution.

Great experience.. all 6 of us had wonderful meals. Good wine paired with the entrees. Service was excellent.

Attended and graduated in 2014. Great experience and great instruction. Now that the other culinary school in town is closing hopefully more people will experience ACI.

Everything was wonderful and it was great to be able to see the students in action and to hear more about what they were learning.

They train you right and quickly to help set you up for success in the real world. You take what you put into it. Work hard and you will achieve.
