This is an amazing place, anchored by the wonderfully capable and charismatic Sensei Mike. Our kids have loved learning here and have made tremendous progress in self control, following instructions and physical coordination. We visited three different dojo’s before selecting Sensei Mike’s dojo - simply the best environment for our kids. Highly recommend!

Ive been taking kickboxing classes with Sensei Mike for the past month and the classes have been awesome! I have lost 7 lbs and 2 inches off the waistline. Its a great workout with a fun group of people. I would highly recommend it for all fitness levels. Thanks Mike!

Sensei Mike has a special way with my 7 year old. He has a great deal of experience which is apparent when he works with the kids.
