Had such a great experience at Self Ascension Center. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Once you walk in you feel such a sense of calmness. I loved that everything was super clean. It’s a beautiful center to connect to yourself and others thru meditation practice. I highly recommend this studio.

A great training facility & spiritual growth center with a friendly staff that really cares about their clients. Full instruction jiu jitsu classes with occasional open mat times to put what we have learned to action. My kids truly enjoyed the childrens class and ask me if they can go everyday after school. I cannot say enough about this place except that Im happy to have found a family friendly environment where we can all grow together.

Been training in jiu jitsu with Andres here for about a month and have already learned so much. He does a great job of teaching technique step-by-step. The classes are a good workout and are accessible to people of varying sizes and strengths.
