While i didnt make a purchase, the manager of this store was more than willing to help me out. I was looking for a new mouthpiece for an old trumpet Id just purchased, only i had no idea what i was looking for, what size i needed etc. He pulled out a number of high quality pieces, but between him not being a trumpet player & my lack of knowledge of what i needed, we didnt get very far. Ill have to come back once i get more smarter about what I need to get.Clean store, they have a little bit of everything of the more popular/common musical instruments. He did tell me that if they didnt have whatever random musically involved item that a musician might need, he could definitely find it, even if it was at a competitors store. Cuz THAT is how musicians roll: they support each other like family.

I’m so disappointed how Spenser one of the staff from music and art treat as in the store! We are good customers paying on time and just because we are Hispanic he treat as bad by healing and been very rude to as. This not the first time that this happen! I think he need to change job!

Terrible corporate pile. The only reason theyre in business is because they bought out every other music store in the area. They employ low paid musician flakes that will tell you anything to make a sale. I looked at a Martin D-28 and it had fret buzzes and the wood on the neck had shrunk exposing the sharp edges of the frets - but the salesman told me he knew it was a piece of junk but the manager told him he wasnt going to fix it; to just sell it anyway.

I am renting a trumpet from Music & Arts for my son. We had some trouble with the trumpet and some general questions about trumpets and music in general. The sales associates at this location were very helpful, especially Joseph, who gave me an impromptu lesson on trumpet maintenance and concert pitch / transposition!
