Chef Andy was awesome! We had a corporate group of 15, and Andy and his team were great at making the rounds and keeping workspaces clean. Food was delicious, and the team enjoyed the tips and tricks on knife and kitchen skills. Event was super fun, and definitely recommend!

Chef Andy is wonderful! His pacing was perfect, and he took the time to explain why things work and why they don’t. He checked in on our progress at the critical steps and helped us make adjustments. He truly cares that everyone understands the instructions and has a good time. The food was delicious! I’ll definitely take more of this classes and recommend him to my friends.

Chef was easy going and made it fun. Cost was very reasonable and I can’t argue with the outcome. Looking forward to more classes.

This past Saturday (12/7), Chef Paco taught my daughter (who is special needs) how to make Pizza like its done in Naples, Italy. She HAD A BLAST. The class as well as Chef Paco IS ALL SHE TALKED ABOUT in the car on the way home and ALL DAY on Sunday. Chef Paco is EXCEPTIONAL. He was patient making sure that my daughter was comfortable. And he also made it fun. She make several varieties of pizza in which she got to bring home. He also gave her dough to take home so she can practice kneading the dough and making pizzas. Again Chef Paco is the best and we WILL be soliciting his services in the very very very near future. If I dont, I truly believe my daughter would kill me. Thats just how much she enjoyed this experience. And a BIG THANK YOU to Cozymeal for your openness, inclusiveness and accommodation of my daughter and her challenges. It is GREATLY appreciated.

I took the gnocchi class with Chef Paco. He is a fantastic trainer and is very good at setting the class pace based on your cooking experience. I love gnocchi and always wanted to learn how to make it. The training was thorough and fun! I now know how properly floured gnocchi should feel if it is prepared correctly. The incorporation of protein, veggies, garlic, etc with the created gnocchi was great training for cooking at home. Will take another class from Chef Paco in the new year! Chef is passionate about food and flavors.

We absolutely loved our experience with Chef Paco for his “Art of Gnocchi” cooking class! He hosted us in his beautiful home and taught our group how to hand roll the gnocchi and prepare the pasta in 2 different ways. Paco was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with our group. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn more about making pasta, enjoying a delicious meal, or a fun date night. The food was excellent, better than restaurant quality, and it was such a welcoming warm environment to learn and spend time with others.

My girlfriend and I took the Indonesian Rice Table cooking class with chef Titik. She was very welcoming and made us both feel comfortable in her home. She showed us how to make 5 different dishes and explained everything along the way including common Indonesian ingredients. The fact that it was in her home gave it a warmer feel. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend it. The food was so delicious and we can’t wait to recreate it in our own home!

Chef Paco did an excellent job working with me and my 12 year old son teaching us techniques for making homemade ravioli. It is a new tradition for my son and I to make ravioli for our family on Christmas Eve. We did a great job last year but wanted to brush up and learn some new tricks for this year. Chef Paco was kind, patient and knowledgeable. The food we made was fantastic. We would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our bruschetta and pizza class with Chef Andy. Everything was so simple yet very flavorful. I cant wait to make more pizza! Thanks Chef Andy!

Our dinner was with Chef Paco and we made hand rolled pasta. The meal was held in his home in Chicago. We were there with one other couple whom we had not met before. Chefs home was beautiful and clean and welcoming. He was so friendly and engaging. Chef made his instructions simple and easy to follow and he was very hands on. His kitchen was able to accommodate all four of us easily and comfortably. After our pasta was made, we were able to get to know each other at a beautifully set table with linens and drank wine while Chef finished preparing our absolutely delicious meal for us. Salad, two different kinds of pasta dishes and tiramisu. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. It was worth every penny and the long drive. The intimate, quiet setting made for a perfect evening with some wonderful people. Thank you Chef Paco for sharing your skills and so graciously opening up your home for us. We will use Cozymeal again without a doubt.

My husband and I took the pizza making class with Chef Paco. As it turns out, he not only has owned his own restaurants, but spent substantial time in Italy learning the craft of pizza and pasta making. He was wonderfully engaging in conversation and in his instruction techniques. Chef Paco was reassuring and stepped in with hands-on instruction when we needed the extra help in stretching and shaping our dough into a recognizable pizza crusts. He had an abundance of ready made dough and ingredients from which to choose for pizza toppings. We skipped the salad portion of our meal so that we had room for all of our pizzas! We finished off the evening with a creme brulee´ which I toasted the top with his instruction so that I didnt burn anything else. Everything proceeded at a reasonable pace so that neither one of us felt overwhelmed or were searching for what to do next. We enjoyed our experience so much that Ive already recommended him to my best friend, and are looking to have him cater a dinner at our home in the near future.

We had a great experience with Chef Andy. We had the home Chinese takeout menu with him. It was great having lessons in our own home and Chef Andy went above expectations in teaching us cutting techniques and how to make something we don’t do at home. Food turned out great too! I never knew making potstickers was something we could do at home.

We had a wonderful time cooking with Chef Lilly! She was a great host and made her recipes easy to follow. She has a unique take on vegan cooking and brought creative ideas and flavors to the table! Lots of personal touches and she even packed leftovers for us to take home! We highly recommend Chef Lilly and hope to take her Algerian cooking course in the future :)

Chef Lillys plant based cooking was AMAZING! The flavors she layered into each dish were incredibly tasty. She is incredibly knowledgeable about health and nutrition and gives tips that are quite simple yet make a big difference in the dishes. She was very patient, professional and made the entire experience fun! Will definitely be visiting her again!

My siblings and I had such a good experience with Chef Titik that I brought my boyfriend back for more the next night. We did her holiday Moroccan meal and then her Indonesian cuisine and both were delicious. We would highly recommend doing a Cozymeal class with Chef Titik!!

We had Chef Andy and his lovely assistant come to our small apartment and they were great and very professional. They made the most out of the available space and it was perfect. The food was great and we got learn so many new techniques. I would recommend the Argentinian cooking class with Chef Andy 100%!

We had a fantastic experience cooking sushi. The atmosphere was calm, social and fun. It was also a really great learning experience. A great way to spend a date night or an evening with friends. Highly recommended!

Chef Andy was wonderful! The team came to our condo fully prepared and tailored the cooking session to our group. We learned new recipes and tricks in the kitchen and the food was great!

We had Chef Andy come to our place for the Argentinian Steak meal. This was a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Chef Andy was extremely personable and had us laughing the whole time. On top of that, he showed us how to cook an extremely flavorful meal. I highly recommend doing this for any type of special occasion.

The class was excellent. Lilly did a great job of understanding why we were there and what we hoped to walk away with, then personalizing the class so it fit our needs. The environment was great and very suitable to the class. We walked away having learned way more than we anticipated and would happily recommend Cozymeal and Lilly to our friends.

My godson & I had a lovely birthday dinner at Chef Franks home in Niles. He made a 5 course meal that was delicious: salami & mozzarella appetizer, green salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette, tomato flatbread, lamb chops with pesto and french onion souffle, eclairs & chocolate mousse cake. Chef Frank answered all of our cooking questions and was a lovely host. He was also very generous in sending home leftovers with us. I would strongly recommend Chef Frank for a delicious dinner in his home or have him come to my house to cook for a party.

Friends and I had a wonderful afternoon making Chinese food with Chef Andy. Learned some knife skills, had great food and great fun. The pic is our daughters stirring eggs into fried rice. Delicious.

An amazing thing to do on a date night. Very fun and interesting. The teacher is very friendly and fun. Definitely recommend you to take this class.

The experience was so wonderful. I planned this class a few months ago with the intent on proposing to my girlfriend. Chef Titik was so great at coordinating with me and making the class so informative and fun! She really knows Indo food and you can tell the passion when she was teaching us in the class. She was a HUGE impact to the best night of my life proposing. Highly recommend taking one of her classes, you wont be disappointed!The food btw was soooo delicious, we are hoping one day she will open up a restaurant, my girlfriend and I will definitely be her first customers!!!
