You definitely can learn a lot from the chefs there provided that you put in the work and pay attention to the chefs there. Sometimes I have had bad experiences with some of the buffets like that one they did where they burned the pasta. To be fair, Ive had some great experiences too. I for one is the biggest fish hater ever; and yet, I do enjoy the salmon wrapped in pastry with the Hollandaise sauce. The students there are nice (Some of them) and every chef I had as a instructor has been cool also; some tougher than others. Its not for the weak of heart, and one false move can cost you dearly, one way or another. Pay attention to the chefs and youll know a hell of a lot than you did before. That much I can promise you!

My teacher Mike was a great teacher I hate I had to take a leave of absence. Now that I can come back I cant because I because the school is closing. I dont want to attended another school. I want to attend LeCordon Bleu the Chicago campus. I came all the way from Waterloo Iowa to attend this school.

I was attending and stopped cause these instructors dont care about teaching they care about that check from fafsa tell you the answers of your test 5 minutes before you take it and then students think its a good thing no i think its messed up that they are willing to let students pass that are in no position to do so but they just want them checks and in order for them to get them you need to pass so they will make sure you pass even if you are not on pace to do so.... i refused to pay the 43,000 for a half ass education.....shoyld not be credited school.
