Teachers are really good! The director and assistant director are very knowledgeable and accommodating for children especially ones with therapist! My family and I really appreciate and love the work they do. My son is very comfortable at school, he has surpassed milestones, he is very social and my family loves how they have adjusted the center due to COVID 19.

The KinderCare staff was very responsive and welcoming to our family. They work hard every day to meet the needs of every child. We are so grateful that our daughter is able to attend KinderCare!

KinderCare South Loop is absolutely amazing! The center currently has health and safety protocols in place which gives my family a piece of mind. The center offers year round and flexible childcare. Additionally, the staff is friendly, transparent, and intentional. I absolutely love receiving updates, pictures, and videos of my child throughout the day. When my child first started at KinderCare South Loop, she was not crawling. After a week at KinderCare South Loop, my child was right on track! My son has been here for a few months now and I’m happy with the care he gets at Kindercare. I get regular updates, pictures and videos on daily basis, they tell you how your kid is doing and the activities for the day.

Because of the pandemic, my husband and I were worried about sending our two-year-old to daycare; however, I was thoroughly impressed with all of the health and safety requirements. From daily temperature checks and masks requirements to keeping kids in pods so that they only interact with kids in their classroom, we were impressed with how the daycares health and safety protocol. I also appreciate the healthy habits that are reinforced at home, such as washing hands and wearing a mask (at such a young age).I love that my daughter can safely learn, play and develop. She loves going to school at KinderCare each and every day. In fact, she often asks to go on the weekends! I would recommend this center to parents who are looking for a nurturing, safe environment for their children.

I was a teacher here long ago, and I keep recommending South Loop KinderCare to parents with young children for a reason. This KinderCare holds a special place in my heart. The teachers and all staff at the South Loop KinderCare are absolutely wonderful. While co-teaching with Ms. Carmen, I gained an incredible amount of knowledge. She could teach at a university. The warmth of every person in that building is incredible. Also, every age group has a curriculum. Your children will learn so much and feel very loved here.

We take our two children here. It was incredibly stressful looking for reliable childcare services during a pandemic for an infant and a preschooler (many places take one or the other, but not both). Not only do they have classes for both age groups, they’re providing great care for our kids! Our kids love their teachers and it’s been a great fit for our schedules.

My children literally love this place I love the people they are very respectful nice absolutely love the fact that I get these emails of what they doing what are they eating how are they sleeping First time my daughter ever told me that she liked the kids and people she around keep up the good work You guys doing a good job.

I really liked this location and so did my son. His teacher was great and I really felt like she cared about him. 100% recommend this location!

Four months ago a friend referred us to South loop Kindercare and we love it! My son has learned so much and is always happy and smiling when we pick him up. I also appreciate the measures the staff takes to protect the little ones (my son will wear his mask with no problems now)! Jane never hesitates to address any issues or concerns I might have. All in all it’s been awesome!

My 2y/o son truly enjoys going to Daycare at South Loop Kindercare. When I pick him up he is smiling, happy, and excited to tell me about his day. I really enjoy watching my son throughout the day on their app. The staff show his participation during the day as well as updates parents about meals and nap time. The staff are respectful and they are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure their families safety during these stressful times. I highly recommend this daycare to all families in need of reliable and quality care for their precious children.

My daughter is in the toddler room. She really enjoys going to daycare! We get lots of videos of her playing which we appreciate! The staff are very responsive and caring.

Our daughter has attended KinderCare for about six months now. She started in the Infant A room and is currently in the Infant B room. I cannot say enough good things about the teachers who take care of her. They are kind and each have the patience of a saint. My girl loves this place. When we walk in and out of the center, each KinderCare employee we encounter knows her name. I cannot imagine taking her anywhere else. We have an OT come once a week to work with her, and everyone at the center has been very accommodating with that.

My son is currently in the toddler room and I cannot express how happy we are with our decision to have him attend this daycare. He has only been there a couple of months but, my husband and I knew from day one that it was the absolute best place for him.Our little guy is so happy and he loves his friends and teachers. He is always so excited to go in the morning and sometimes doesnt want to leave at the end of the day!We love the updates and pictures during the day. This center is excellent! It is a safe and fun place for our son (infant/toddler stage) to come to every day. The staff is loving and amazing and know each of the children by name. The center keeps in contact throughout to day with updates and pictures/videos on how the kids are doing, which I love! I would highly recommend Kinder Care South Loop.

Both of our kids have wonderful experiences at South Loop KinderCare. The teachers are caring and do a great job with teaching the kids. The extra activities offered are fun and educational. Center staff are friendly and caring. I am always impressed at how every teacher and Center staff knows every childs name and is able to build positive connections with the kids. My daughter was well prepared for kindergarten thanks to the educational program at this center.

Excellent daycare! I have been bringing my soon to be two year old here since she was four months old. She loves is so much and her teachers are basically family at this point. The only negative is that the drop-off parking situation is not managed. There is a long area in front of the daycare that is reserved for parents-15 minute loading zone from 6:30a-6:30p. However, often it is used for parking for local businesses or the next door apartments. Kindercare should be conscious and report cars that are there for hours. I have been ticketed because there was no space for me to park to pick-up my child in the designated area.

The staff at South Loop Kindercare have been warm and welcoming from the first day we went in to inquire about daycare for our son. He started at 8 months and has been in the infant room. The teachers have all been wonderful - they let us know of any issues and what he’s been up to day to day. They truly seem to care about my son and even teachers and staff who don’t directly work in his room know his name. I’m grateful for the level of care they provide for my son and I’m able to drop him off every day knowing he’s in great hands.

I could not ask for a friendlier or more caring staff to care for my daughter. Every morning, we are greeted by big smiles and my daughter gets big hugs! Her classroom is clean and the child to adult ratio is low (always two adults and often times only 6 or so kids!). The children have diverse racial/ ethnic backgrounds and are all so adorable! The center leader, Ms. Jane, is frequently in the classrooms playing with the babies- which to me, is a sign that she knows and cares about them, and is aware of what happens in the classrooms. Great place- check it out for your child!

This KinderCare location is great. My daughter was a preschool student for academic year 2018-2019. She’s reading, writing and interested in STEM courses thanks to the curriculum and staff at KinderCare. Before enrolling her at KinderCare, she was very shy. However, thanks to her teachers and the weekly show-and-tell assignment, she’s communicating better and she’s very social! The food is very nutritious. My daughter also participated in the cooking classes, she loved it! My husband and I will be enrolling our son soon!

My child started at KinderCare shortly after his first birthday, and from day one, everyone has been wonderful with him. From Miss Jane to staff and all teachers/care givers, the quality of care is insurmountable. My son has learned so much in the year and a half hes been there, that he surprises other parents with the little things he can do. It has been so great to see his speech, being able to zip his own jacket, social skills, motor skills, everything progressing thanks to the wonderful caring staff at this center. Definitely a great place to take your child.

The staff cares for my children like their own. I never have to worry during the day how my kids are doing as I know they are in experienced, caring hands. I love that I can drop in whenever I want to check in if I want. A great educational curriculum for daycare, which helped my daughter to be completely prepared for pre-K.

This school it’s outstanding!! From the director Ms. Jane to the staff and the amazing curriculum they teach. I would suggest this school to any parent with a newborn or a toddler!! Amazing school.

We spent a considerable amount of time looking into daycares and Kindercare anyways was at the top of our list. The teachers are great and are always giving updates on our child. The director is amazing and really looks out for the kids and staff. We couldnt be happier. The only problem weve had is parking, but thats to be expected in the city.

Update (13 March 2018) A response from the company is below. I never recieved that call or email either.Original review: Last year, I visited this preschool with my wife. We loved the staff and were excited to start our child here. We talked with the directors and they were charming and lovely and made us feel at home. When our daughter was born, she was stricken with a blood disease and was in the ICU for the first eight months of her life. We talked to the directors and they sent flowers and, when she got better, theyd have a space for us. It was a small thing to them but a huge thing to myself and my wife.Flash forward 6 months and shes a healthy, happy child and we email the school to schedule her start. Turns out, theyve lost both of the directors and are no longer interested in giving us a space. I emailed three times and got one response and that was from some assistant. Quite frankly, its embarrassing. She told me shed talk to the boss and get back to me the next day - never heard back. I followed up again and I never heard back.

There is a lady in this review comment section that gave this place a one star review, that has no accociation with the school. Her name is Carmen ALB. She said the teachers at the daycare do not let the kids out of the buggies when they go to the park. Here to provide clarification, I work at this daycare, and we are not allowed to take the kids out of the buggies. Most of them are either 6 months to 1.5 years old which means most of them cant even walk yet. We dont want them on the ground eating what ever it is off the floor, or putting their hands in their mouth after crawling on the floor. Therefore the school rule is that we do not let them out of the buggy. By state regulation, we have to take the kids out on a stroll 3 times a week. For anyone concerned, our facility has a INDOOR play ground in the facility that is cleaned everyday.

I have been working with Kindercare for the past 5 years and both of my children have attended since they were infants. With oldest son, I found the staff to be warm and caring - he was always happy to go and I felt they really knew him and how to care for him. He also had wonderful learning experiences with the enrichment and was fully prepared to begin kindergarten this past year. He is always happy to go back and visit all of his old teachers. It has been fun for me to bring my daughter who has had many of the same teachers that my son had 5 years ago. My daughter currently attends Kindercare as a toddler. She has Downs Syndrome and the institution and staff have been completely supportive and accommodating of her needs and services. They have taken the time to get to know her and help her grow and develop every day. I am grateful to have them involved in my childrens life!

Not clean, very highteacher turn over and it the best teachers leaving. Not enough activities for the kids you find better at surrounding schools. I had to wait a while for entrance. Once in side not very clean.

I do not have my kids here, but I come with them to the same park as these ladies bring the kids from daycare. This happens every day. The kids are not taken out from there buggy carts and they sit there whike the caregivers sit on their phone or talk with each other. And these kids can easily walk and enjoy the park. I would not want to see my kid sitting there and doing nothing just because the caregivers are too lazy to take them out and care for them while the kids run around.Other daycares come and let the kids run around and these ladies are still having their kids buckled up in their seats. Horrible horrible conditions for babies! High turnover means staff dont know each baby well, mistakes with serving incorrect bottles to babies. Distort rash due to extended time in soiled or wet diapers. Administration is clueless as to what the staff are doing and the directors have no connection with the families and children.
