Ive been going to Combat Fitness for a few months now. I started going because its the only gym I knew of open doing outside classes during the COVID lockdown. The classes are great, the training is second to none and the staff is super friendly and helpful!If you are a beginner training MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai or just want to learn self-defense and get a great work out, def come to Combat Fitness!
