THE BEST GYM IN TOWN!!! This is an amazing establishment! Everyone is nice, warm, and friendly. CJ, Nick, Sheldon and all the instructors are super amazing! I have been to 24-Hour Fitness or Planet Fitness where you check in, workout, and then check out. This is a place where you wont want to leave anymore! They help you reach your fitness level goals and have fun at the same time! I honestly saw and felt the difference in my body in just 1 month that I was here. So I decided to keep coming. How could I not, right? There are many well established fighters and champions in this gym as well, and yet, we are all treated like family! Its a wonderful place to be ^_^I am so glad and amazed that I came across this place!

I trained here for a short period of time when I moved to Denver. I trained for years when I lived in PA so was itching to find a new gym. I had a blast here, great coaches and great people to work out with. My work schedule didnt work very well with the boxing and kickboxing programs so I had to leave, but wish I could still be training here.

After 2 months at this place I have never felt more at home with working on myself physically and mentally. The support and mental push to do better I receive from this place is something that could make anyone do well!
