My daughter loves the after school program here and so have I up until today. I called to make a payment over the phone which they apparently just stopped taking. I asked for a manager and ended up speaking to Misty. Instead of helping me out, she took it upon herself to tell me that I could just pay online, and if I have any late fees as a result, she would waive them as usual. I said hold on, how are you waving late fees as usual when I pay for 2 weeks at a time? She said, well I dont know why youre getting nasty with me all Im telling you is that I waive your late fees. I would have really appreciated it if she had actually looked into the late fee issue, because it is insulting to hear that when I know that I make arrangements to never have that problem. Now it is an uncomfortable situation as my daughter still has to be there every day, and now she and I have had words. I did speak with her Superior who was very nice and apologetic, and I am happy after speaking with her. But I must admit theres a bad taste in my mouth about the place now which is unfortunate.
