I have been coming here to the Rancho office to get my card for the last 10 years. The employees always treat me good and get me in and out for my test in five minutes. The process is easy you just watch the alcohol law class online and then come in for your card. Kevin the office kid is so nice. If you need your alcohol awareness card this is the place to go. Their cards are valid for several years.

Fast and easy! My husband took the online course on his phone then came in to take the test and get his card. We were in and out in 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Purchased the course one day, was able to walk in and receive my card in just under 10 minutes the next day. The 2 front desk people were very attentive, acknowledged me right away even as there was about 4-5 other people im the room at the same time. Very much recommend coming here!

Awesome place!!! The lettering on my card was all smudged off from being in my wallet for 2 years. I came in to get a replacement and they issued me one no questions asked!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Don’t know why I put it off for so long - renewing my Tam card was so quick and easy! I actually called the phone number twice to ask questions and the gentleman was patient and accommodating. Watched the videos at home while eating lunch. Went to the Rancho location - NO LINE - and there’s a sweet cross-eyed Siamese kitty there down to cuddle. Took the two minute test on an iPad. Guy printed the card up in a flash and its good for another four years. I definitely recommend this location!!

I just went in to take my test to get my drink card and the only good things I took out of my experience was the loving cat and passing. The girl in there needs to work on her customer service skills. If you ask her a question, she doesnt know or doesnt want to answer. She was too busy watching videos on the computer to answer anything or even give you any kind of acknowledgement! Had I not already paid for the test online, I would have just walked out!!! Thank goodness I dont have to come back for 4 years. Hopefully then, theyll have better staff.

Location was easy to find and the person inside was very cordial and helpful. I will always recommend anyone to get their Tam card at that location.

Very quick and easy process. Took me about 25-30 minutes online and walked into the Rancho Location and took an 8 minute test. So I got my TAM card in under an hour. Thank you again Rancho Location for such an easy and smooth process!

I went in today around 1 pm after I completed the online course and I was only in there for about 15 mins the most and pass my test and got my Nevada Alcohol Education Card. David is an amazon guy and very helpful and considerate today is a great day for me Thanks to Tam Card Las Vegas

First time getting my TAM card..was an easy process!! Only thing I would suggest is possibly getting a 2nd person to help out. The gentleman up front was outstanding with everyone that walked through the door!!

Easy to get in for testing. The test is quick and useful. The facility is great because it is located near Summerlin, but there isn’t a sign in building so hard to see it from the street. The person running the office was very helpful.

I was there for my tam card on 2.19.20. Service efficient and the you gentleman at the desk was very helpful. The entire process took about 25 minutes until I got my card. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Online course was quicker (under an hour vs 4 hour class) and cheaper ($25 vs $35) than the class. Obtaining the card was just as easy. I was in and out of the office in 10 min.

As shown in the photo, this location doesnt actually do testing for TAM cards, only other types of cards.They should not be listed as a TAM location at all.

The online review is easy to remember and i can play the video again and again to memorized. took an hour for a whole video to watch after that it will give you confirmation number to take exam at the office. only 5 minutes to take the exam.

I wanted to give a shout out to David and the cat here at the Tam Card office on Rancho Drive. I needed my card in a hurry as I let mine expire and didnt realize it. I reviewed the course/videos online and came to the office, where I was greeted my the most lovable and gorgeous siamese cat named “Meezer” and David the manager. It was no nonsense I got my test done on a tablet and was out in less than 10 minutes.If you need your Tam Card this is the place to go. Ask for David.

I walked in, the space was clean, the people were friendly. After taking my test I got my card and it was all said and done in less than 10 mins.

The process was easy and the staff was nice. Its a lot different than the old days. Now TAM cards are done online and you just go pick them up. The process is much more stream lined. This location is opened late which helped me as I dont get off until 6pm. Went in and out in under 10 minutes. Staff working counter was very friendly.

This was the best way to ever get a TAM card. Take the coarse at home then come to take the test. So Easy!!!!!

Super quick and easy

I was rushing to get not only my TAM card taken care of and My fingerprints done for work. I was going out of town that same day and when I went to get my finger prints done I had told them how I needed to still do my TAM card. David helped me do my fingerprints and then helped me with my TAM card super quick. Definitely saved me a lot of stress and time. Thank you so much ❤️❤️

If you’re getting your TAM go to ANY other location.Let me explain, my wallet got stolen and I had to go to work so I came by to try to get a replacement, he said I had to take the test gain it was a “new policy.” And he was so mean about it, could’ve just lost it right then n there.So I went to other locations that assured me that was not the case, but they said I had to get it in the same place I originally took the test. So I went back the next day to plead or suck it up and take the test again, a different guy gave me my card no charge no problem.Please save yourself and go to a better location.

This morning I went down to get my TAM Card! It was so quick! Everyone is very nice! Oh and and I can’t forget very out going! I recommend anyone who needs to get card to come down ! Very memorable!💖
