Great lash class with Veronica. I had to retake a class because the person who taught me from her home although advertised as a master lash tech and her work is great, was not great at teaching so i decided to come to Veronica and let me tell you i wish would have come to her first. she was very nice patient and went over theory which included sanitation, eye infections, hair cycle and much more as well as hands on on a doll head first and then our models. she was very observant and kept track of our time for each step. I appreciate Veronica and her work and dedication to her students. sign up with her you will not regret it.

I completed Veronicas Master lash class weeks ago and I couldnt be happier, Veronica was thorough with theory and very patient with hands on practice. During the time of my certification to now she has been extremely helpful. Veronica goes above and beyond her call of duty. I found them through Offer Up. The class in total was $500 for a classic course. I found it to be very nice how it was not a bunch of girls in the class but rather just 5. That way they were able to focus individually. They started with giving us our lash kit as well as go over what was inside. They also printed an entire packet with very interesting information i did not know. Answered all the questions one had. Went over more documents (liability forms) that were personal but shared with students to help them start off.I found it very nice how even provided lunch out of their own pockets.Some people start of with mannequins but others prefer your own model to actually see how they look from different angles instead of seeing from a steady angle.They had reserved the salon entirely to teach us & did a BEAUTIFUL job!I will surely be coming back if they have more classes :)

So happy I took Veronicas 2 day eyelash class. I took the individual eyelash extension and lash lift and tint class at a very good low price. Veronica explained everything in great detail and is very knowledgeable. She teaches theory first and then we do hands on training after a live demonstration. she saw that i was struggling and and invited me to come back for another 4 hours of hands on training, i took the offer for the following day she was kind enough to move some things around on her calendar so i can go back home to Argentina feeling comfortable and she also offers mentor-ship through your career. I took a private introductory lash class with Michelle owner of Dame de lash. price was in my budget, location was nice and clean very nice school. Kit was cute and is just enough to get me off my feet and get going in my new career. Veronica owner was pleasant to talk to and she showed me all her licence and permits upon request. I recommend 100%

The school needs a little upgrading but education is what i was there for, i understand we all have to start from the bottom and work our way up. graduated a few weeks ago and already got some pro cards. Cant wait to take the eyelash class soon.I gave it a 4 star due to school needing a little upgrading.

I took the eyelash training course with Veronica 1 day before she had to go into surgery she knew her material and was able to execute the class to my expectation, we did theory first, took a break and then we got started on hands on training once she did her demo. Veronica is very thorough and shared how to open a business with us she was not stingy with her information and is very encouraging. 3 days after her surgery I received a text checking in on me to see how I was doing since I did mention that I felt scared to leave my Job to do this full time, not only did she give me great advice as to how to do this without having to leave my job but she made herself accessible to me when ever I had a concern about my new journey in the lashing field.Genuine kindness, talented at what she does and great atmosphere at TAS Makeup Academy. Budget friendly, Very attentive to students, Great material, Cute and Clean location.PS... on the days she is not teaching she does hair as well so yes there is a station for her to work which only tells me she is a true hustler and is very passionate about what she does.

Took the 10 week mua course and it was fun. the price is just right, you cant beat $600 kit not included but they give you a list of items you need to start your kit. Veronica was the main instructor and Susie assisted and instructed as well they make an amazing team together and always so motivating and encouraging fun class. First of all Cute place love the simple clean space. Was welcomed by vero had a lash a appointment . And I was a little worried being its my first time but I loved it she made me feel welcome and comfortable. The service was clean and amazing. She explained every detail and the process was simple and relaxing actually. Heard many amazing things from past students regarding lah classes. Looking forward to it

I was referred by my sister to take veronicas lash class. she had a special for the master lash class and i took advantage of that and i dont regret it Veronica is very helpful and knowledgeable about what she teaches and has the patience for it. She also guides you on how to build your social media page and shows you how to angle your camera when taking photos of your work. I am happy i took her class. i recommend her.

I took the Individual eyelash extension class with Veronica a few weeks ago and learned so much from her. She was very attentive and answered all our questions, she did theory first and hands on demo on live model (like she says we work with people not doll heads and that her reason for a live model) the hands on demo lasts about 15-20 minutes which is perfect timing then we practiced on our own model she watched us for an hour before she left us alone (only a few steps away watching over us) to continue practicing and walked over to us every 30 minutes to check our work and ask if we had any questions or needed help with anything. Excellent price and kit is good for approximately 20-25 clients including model.

I took 2 classes here already and I am excited to continue my journey in the beauty industry. I highly recommend this place. Veronica is the owner and main instructor with a great attitude knowledgeable and great career advice as well as an outstanding mentor. since Ive graduated i have called her and txt her so many times with advice and suggestions and she is quick with her reply, she goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Honestly if you just want VERY BASIC lash training , google print outs, a piece of pizza from dominos and a mini bag of Doritos for lunch, in the hood (CRENSHAW) for the price of $500 then this is the course for you! A basic certificate with a folder from the dallor tree to hold it in! Please ladies do not waste your money right now they are not trying to teach young girls to teach lashes and fall in love with the industry they are money hungry! Vero didn’t teach anything at all she was behind the computer the whole time. The dame de lash “teacher” was very nice but really didn’t know how to use her words properly and explain how to apply a lash properly, she didn’t give exact instruction or details she just kept saying “well you guys know huh” “just apply the lash on top of the natural lash” . I felt like she wasn’t ready to teach a class yet, she did state in the class that she had only been lashing for about a year and out of her house! She doesn’t even lash at a salon or shop she only has a certificate from vero. She isn’t licensed through the state board or at all!All these reviews are her friends over writing the bad reviews!Do not go off of fake reviews!!DO YOUR RESEARCH!!Ask for her license!! Ask for veros !!!The pictures of the shop on google are fake!!!The shop doesn’t even look like that in person, just go pass by yourself go take a look!!! GHETTO !!No AC I WAS LITERALLY SWEATING DURING THE WHOLE CLASS!!!! Gross!!!I mean for a $500 class, I know is cheap but I mean I could have at least got a ultra meaty pizza from dominos not just a plain cheese pizza !! And a cold water they provided a small sized hot water bottle!!I regret wasting my time and money! Maybe in the future they will improve there teaching skills and remodel their “academy” , but as of now it’s a zero star for me!

I have been debating about making this review all week. I really had mixed feelings. I want to give an honest review so people can be happy with there service 100%. I found them through offer up and saw they offered classic lash extension course for $500, the two women teaching the class were very nice and I can not say other wise. However, I find them unfit and not prepared to teach an eyelash course. The “salon” is in a terrible area, very hot and not so sanitary. Also, they do not have the materials needed to hold a functioning class. The class was set to begin at 9 A.M didn’t begin until an hour after. The lash tech owner of damedelash and tas makeup academy were the one running the class. Yet, felt as if she was reading through the packet not going much in detail. Occasionally, asked if anyone had any questions. Practically, stuff you could find on YouTube.The demonstration was a quick 5 mins demonstration on how to apply an individual eyelashes. We took longer on how to clean the eyelash when removing them than actually applying the lash. Had no clear view or led light to actually see her applying the lash. My kit was incomplete...Both ladies started the new students on actual people that we brought in ourselves. However, if you are a beginner like I am. You can not start on an actual persons lashes with out trying it out on a mannequin first to get the technique down. Ladies, we are working with a glue similar to crazy glue and sharp tweezers near an eye area anything that goes wrong can be very hazardous and affect the persons vision.Both ladies are very nice and respectful however, being nice is not going to get someone to learn the technique. Not worth $500 or your time. Yes, you can ask questions but, when the ones teaching the class are running a conversation by the desk area is rude and in my perspective just in it for a quick buck... I thought they would be walking around assisting the whole time. Seeing if the student makes errors to correct and demonstrate why we shouldn’t do that. But, that’s did not happen. Maybe in the future when they are more developed they could run a class but at the moment they are not.Feel horrible giving my honest opinion but many girls need to know before going to attend this course. Rather pay $700 elsewhere before taking the course with them. Don’t waste your money girls do research ahead of time. Especially, if you are a beginner like myself. I thought I would fall in love with lashing however, this course made me hate it. Giving them 1 stars cause the girls were nice and respectful.

I just finished Veronicas MUA course and loved every thing about it class was fun and educational. Thank you Vero for sharing your knowledge with us these past 10 weeks which flew by real fast. Cute school, and the upgrades are coming along nicely. I also took a lash class with Michelle (Dame de Lash) and it was all I expected and more. I love the fact that we practice on live models, we were taught an introductory course and the kit was just enough to get us started all nice and cute. Veronica and Michelle you both make a great team keep up the good work.Both Courses were at a great price I highly recommend.
