This is a fantastic place to get fit. They have many different types of classes/workouts, and super talented trainers. You can get a serious workout and still have fun. Very diverse clients - everyone welcome. Daniel was helpful in getting my family set up. Fantastic youth BJJ and boxing classes!

Sundays beginner class was my first time and let me tell you that it was just a delightful experience. I really didnt like working out and was gaining a lot of weight so I joined the monthly classes. I started coming every twice a week because it was just so enjoyable and challenging. Everyones motivation and training at Foxy&Fierce have really help me shape my lifestyle, into a more productive and healthy day. I now try to balance to attend 6x a week and my body and mind feels great, I am definitely seeing results! I am very thankful with everyone at Foxy&Fierce!

This is the best gym with the best instructors. If you sign up for the hour class on any day, with any instructor, you’re guaranteed an intense workout. Not to mention, you’ll learn Muay Thai and kickboxing techniques in the process! If you’re trying to tone up and get fit, this is the place for you.

Ive been going to Foxy and Fierce for a few years and I never get bored! The instructors really cater to all the different levels. The instructors correct our form and adjust the exercises according to the persons ability level. The instructors are constantly pushing us and challenging us by creating new combos and workouts. All the instructors are focused on giving you the best workout in the hour. My favorite part of the hour is definitely the kickboxing! It is exhausting but also so empowering. Crystal and Rashad have truly created a special place. A place where women are kicking ass day in and day out! Dont be intimidated. Come check it out, you wont regret it...well maybe you will because youll be sore but itll be a good feeling!

The trainers here are great people who push attendees to go a little harder each session. I have vastly improved my breath control and am much physically stronger since I started working out here. Its also great stress relief!Each weekday targets different muscle groups with strength training and conditioning, and the last part of all classes is solely about practicing kickboxing. Weekends are focused on kickboxing at various skill levels. First lesson is free when you sign up through their website so you can try the class before making a decision.
