The Beginner kickboxing class is the best workout Ive ever paid for. Classes are around 15-20 people of varied gender and skill. Youll work your whole body and its over before you know it.

Decided to check it out once looking for a place to exercise and receive accountability. Got hooked instantly and signed up for the membership! Great for all ages and levels!
