Great place to master Taekwondo. They have classes for all skills and ages, starting from 3 year old to 73 year olds. They are graded according to age as well as skill, so even if your kid is young, They might join older kids to practice advanced technique. There are also mixed martial arts and defense technique classes. Master Seise has wonderful attention to detail and works closely with you to perfect your form.

We have been part of CMA Lenox Hill since it first opened back in 2019. At that time our older son was 4, and he was the first Little Tigers student :) Our younger joined the following year. They are now 4 and 6 and they still love it! They are so excited for every class. We love the values they teach them, and an amazing approach they have with kids of all ages. Highly highly recommended!

Highly recommend CMA Lenox Hill. Our children (9&7) have been practising Taekwondo for 15 months there. They started as beginners and have made huge progress through the belts. Master Kay is professional with high standards, and is supportive and encouraging. The centre has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

I highly recommend this Taekwondo school. The master is super! All the kids and all the parents love him. He knows perfectly how to talk and interact with children, even the most active. Master Shin has a lot of patience, focused on Taekwondo techniques, but also on teaching to the kids the kindness and respect of each other, things that I really appreciate. My son loves to go there as much as he can and I’m sure, it wouldn’t be the same with one other teacher. Furthermore, the price is really excellent! The cheapest in the aerea.
