I have actively studied with the school for 18 years. I have been part of the association for 20 years. The school has history and has been around a long time. There are many classes to choose from and many great instructors. This is helpful when finding an instructor you feel you can connect with as a student and learn from. I know being here during my time as a teenager and young adult has helped me in more ways than I can write in a single post.

Great traditional Kung Fu school. I trained here for a few years when I lived in NYC.The training and atmosphere is great. The instructors are very detail oriented and have a genuine interest in seeing the students progress.I always appreciated how balanced the workouts were between developing strength and flexibility as well the techniques. Aside from that there was always a lot of focus on developing an overall healthy life style through the Kung Fu training.Training here is one of the things I miss most about living in NYC. Id recommend this school to anyone interested in martial arts training.

The Chinese Kung Fu Wu Su Association is a very traditional style school that teaches cultivation of mind body and spirit. While the focus is on discipline and martial arts training, there is great knowledge about diet, lifestyle and longevity training that transcends learning self defense and fighting techniques. The instructors are firm but very supportive and everyone there is a family. They have been teaching as a not for profit school for 50 years. I am honored to have had the opportunity to train here and have been blessed with so many life lessons that have had a profound impact on my guiding principals. I recommend the school highly for anyone who wants to learn traditional Kung-Fu and grow as a person.

I began training at the Chinese Kung Fu Wu Association in the early 90`s and still keep connections with many of my contemporaries and Grand Master Lee himself. He is a truly what a person of Kung Fu should work to attain.
