Everyone here is so nice. And they genuinely care about all the kids.

Im so happy to find a childcare that has caring employees that go over and beyond for the kids that attend Kids R Kids #13. I highly recommend any parent that is seeking childcare to go and take a tour. I never have, or had any problems with the staff theyre always polite and courteous. Dont understand why certain individuals have negative things to say about this childcare center. I personally can go on and on on how great Kids R Kids #13 are. Here are some of the things i experience and would love to share:1. The center have plenty of staff to where your child will always get the attention and care he/she needs.2. Curriculum is taught to where your child will definitely learn and excel3. Their staff is trained and qualified4. Management is attentive to any question or concern you may have5. Holiday Parties that are always fun where you get to interact with the teachers, parents, and students6. Excellent Summer Camp7. They have best Field Trips/ in house field trips for the little onesMy family and I Love Kids R Kids

My experience with this daycare has been nothing but great. My daughter loves going to school and even wants to go on the weekends when their closed. Theyre very helpful and understanding with any situation going on. Im currently 7 months pregnant and my newborn will attend also once hes born. I literally couldnt ask for a better daycare.

I would recommend this location to anyone who needs child care. My daughter has been going here since 2 years of age. Now shes 10 years old. The summer program is wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet I might add. I had a bad accident 5 years ago,which disabled me. I couldnt afford to pay, however they worked with me. They continued to allow my daughter to attend despite the fact that I couldnt pay. Once I was able to pay again we cleared up the past due history and kept moving forward. My daughter looks forward to going every summer. Im going to hate when she turns 12 years old. Then Ill have to find her something to do . Maybe she can get a summer job when shes old enough to work. Very satisfied with the staff. Everyone is very professional and respectful. They keep all the kids engaged in learning, and the place is very clean. Respectfully Mr.Morris

The front desk staff are unorganized, unprofessional, ghetto, and messy.Several parents and teachers have complained about them. They are very unorganized. The teacher turnover rate is extremely high. The classrooms are not cleaned properly. My 1 year old son has a new teacher every two weeks. My 5 year old teachers were great but they both resigned around the same time. I wouldn’t recommend this childcare facility to anyone. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. The one star is pushing it.

I am not at all happy with this daycare. I would never recommend it to any one. Poor communication and no matter what you communicate with them, it never gets delivered to the right person. They are quick to take your money for sure.

If I could give them a 0 I would.1. I dont know if it was just me, but the building gave me a bad vibe.2. My little brother went there very healthy and about 2 weeks later he had a touch of pneumonia. How did that happen?3. The teachers didnt even know his name. To make a long story short he came home with another childs bib.4. Also, the teachers would snatch my little brother up by his arms instead of properly picking him up.If I could sue, I would. Kids r kids left my little brother seriously sick. But I have no voice because I am just a kid.

My daughter and I had a great experience with this childcare center. Everyone was very helpful and informative. I was nervous about changing my daughters daycare as we moved and they helped me feel comfortable. The transition was smooth and they let her start right away. My daughter like most 2 year olds had a difficult time adjusting and Ms. Daisa was patient with her and allowed her as much time as she needed to get acclimated to the new environment. I recommend this center and we will be back to visit with the staff.

While my kids went here for 8 months and there were several things that occurred that caused me to pull our kids.1. They changed the teachers in the baby room very often and without notice.2. The ladies at the front desk were unprofessional and didnt seem genuine when spoken to (fake).3. My daughter was being teased by another classmate and when I brought it to their attention they asked the child.....and since he said he never made fun of my child they took his word and just gave an excuse like oh he is a good kid he has been here since he was a baby....pretty much saying your daughter is making this up4. My son suffered a dislocated elbow during their care (which the doctor said he had to be yanked pretty hard by someone in order for the elbow to be dislocated since he was 4 at the time)5. My son had behavioral issues and was being bullied in his class. Since he had a speech problem the teacher could not understand him and she would ignore him all together......then send him to the front when he became a disturbance.6. Also one of my sons teachers seemed like she didnt like children. She rarely said hello when spoken to and my son never showed interest in saying goodbye or hugging her when it was time to leave. (Which was out of the ordinary for him)7. The back of the classroom on the after school side smelled like mold as well.All in all I wouldnt recommend this daycare to anyone. Yes they are reasonably priced but for a childs wellbeing........no never again will I subject this kind to care on my children ever again.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is worst daycare, don’t bring your child here! Here are few things that I noticed:1. They are the worst they have no structure basically they put all the kids in one room to run around. They did not teach anything educational to my daughter.2. Poor Administration, poor policy making, and does not have whats best for the child in mind.3. Management is poor, unorganized and there is a total lack of communication between the front desk (people who sit in the evening) and management. I called this “business, the front desk ladies who sit in the evenings are really liars. They are trying to cheat people by communicating different things to management about my discussion about late charges4. On numerous occasions, I felt there are too many children enrolled for the amount of staff. Definitely needs to be reported to the right authorities.

The InfAnt care is excellent!!! I wouldn’t put my baby 👶🏽 any where else !!!! I love Mrs D and so does baby Hannah !! The babies are kept clean and they are loved ! I recommend this school!

Wonderful care provided! Staff has a nice work history. Hard to understand why clients write bad reviews over their financial wrong doings. This family owned KRK has a wonderful community history and students that moved on still drop in just to say hello. That speaks volumes.

A couple of things based on my personal experience while my infant son was there.1.They seem to be very unorganized. I showed up asking for a list of items that I needed to bring for my infant son and the ladies at the front desk couldnt provide me with one. Instead I was forced to bring my own sheet of paper and literally write down everything he needed to bring. Every other daycare I went to provided me with a sheet indicating what I needed to bring. When I showed up with my son and brought all of the various items to his class, his teachers told me a different story of what I shouldve brought. (Red flag #1)2. When we visited a few months prior to our son starting, there were 3 other seasoned/experienced teachers in the infant classroom. When we started our son, all 3 teachers were gone and replaced by 3 much younger teachers with only 1-2 years of experience. No one bothered to mention that to us when we showed up with our son.3. I observed via the low resolution camera monitors (what a joke) the teachers in my sons infant room spraying Lysol very close to all of the babies up and down the little walkway area several times a day.4. After a 2 day trial run, our 6 week old child came home with a runny nose which turned into a full cold. When I called up to Kids R Kids the following day to ask if the teachers noticed anything wrong with him (and it took hours before I was able to reach someone - the line stays busy for some reason), they said they didnt notice anything out of the ordinary but said that the infant room was quite cold and to simply bring a sweater to put on him and that was about it.Based on our experience, we made the decision to pull our son out of the daycare and found a nanny to keep him instead. Best decision I couldve ever made. Needless to say, I would not recommend this daycare to others. Go somewhere else.
