Bad experience with my two kids and after they was excited to go to school. They become mad and crying all the time compline from the kids and manager is so bad behaved thinking only for money don’t care about thing else.

Thus far everything is going well. Children loves it❤️❤️

My experience with this center has been VERY positive. From the moment I walked in the doors I could see the difference. Its not like the other centers I went to. Starlings staff are VERY welcoming. The staff actually smile. They care and they know what they are doing at this center.

I am very happy with the care Starling provides for my two boys, 4 and 7 years old. They just finished having graduation for the Pre-Kindergarten class. They held it at a church down the street, and they put on a ceremony and presentation before having a luncheon. This is just one example of the family events that make my family and I feel connected to the center. They pick up my son after school and they keep him busy with projects and activities and homework until I pick both kids up. He enjoys being with his friends, and he tells me EVERYTHING that goes on at the center. I highly recommend this daycare.

If there was an option for a half of star I would give that only because my kids enjoy the pool and a few other activities. Other than that, this daycare is horrible. The owner is very rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and mean and nasty according to the kids and what Ive witnessed. She pretends to be very sweet and accommodating when you go for a tour. Lies! Dont believe it. My kids have been there for over a year and its been nothing but problems from day one. I am currently looking for another center. My children have come home with marks on their face from other kids climbing tree braches and not being supervised. Kids are being inappropriate, stealing and using foul language. My kids have told me numerous times about teachers and other staff members cursing at the kids. I would never recommend this center to anyone. Ever. If you want quality childcare this is not it.

My 4yr old and 7 yr old are very happy here. They help with homework, the meals are not as healthy as they could be but they feed them dinner and it helps for us busy parents.

Staling Child Care is an orchestrated show to appeal as one of the top facilities in Richmond. They are crooks and traumatized my child, yet no responsible adult will own up to their actions. DONT GO TO STARLING!!

The owner is rude and disrespectful. Not impressed with facility or staff. I recommend leaving your children at home under dog supervision.

Very poor. Children would hit my sister and would bully her repeatedly. Management did nothing about it. Do not send your children here, it would literally be the worst thing youd do. Children are rude and are undisciplined, your kid will come home with bruises.

HORRIBLE DAYCARE. THE WORST. DISHONEST AND UNSAFE.I paid $300 for PART TIME daycare for two weeks. That is 4 days each week for up to 5 hours.After the first week my daughter got sick at this daycare and her dad had to stay home with her and ended up losing his job.I called the daycare and told them obviously my daughter would not be going here anymore and that I wanted to be refunded for the days that I paid for that she did not go.They said they would call me back and never didI went in person to ask for my refund.I am about to have another baby and they offered 3 days to watch the baby after I have him. Like yes, thank you I would love for my child to be subjected to getting sick at your disgustimy daycare.Thank you for stealing from my family.I have seen so many disturbing things while walking through your daycare to drop my daughter off at her class.There are way too many children, and the staff to child ratio is horrible. Not to mention on multiple occasions I have been concerned to leave my daughter here (and had no other choice) because the staff members are rough and verbally abusive. This place is awful and needs to be shut down.

Do not waste your time ! Im going to tell you from just the experience from the tour, if you want to call it that, that you pay for what you get. The daycare workers were just sitting there. We saw one toddler with some small round object in its mouth,one kid walking out the gate that wasnt locked, one kid eating mulch(we had to point out what we saw for the daycare worker to notice), several others just sitting around bored. There was little interaction with most daycare workers. The Director wasnt even there for our scheduled visit, nor did she call to reschedule. The place did show age but it wasnt terrible. If you just want mediocre childcare , go for it. If you want to get what better for your child for the same tuition , check out some place like KinderCare, La Petite, or Promise Care. They all were around 200 a week, but with much better caregivers. Dont let a dog and pony show or the NAEYC accredited mess. Its all about the one on one care not the shiny things.

My child started going to starling when she was 2 Ive been having problems with them since day one. In the morning I would drop her off and when it was time to pick her up she would be missing clothes socks and had to spend 25 minutes to find her shoes. Her pull ups and wipes dont last her very long because they use them on other children, my daughter has sensitive skin and she always comes home with another childs pull ups on not the ones I brought her. My daughter also came home with a bruise on her face and when I asked what happen nobody knew anything, the director said she would investigate the situation a whole week later they finally tell us that she had fallen and thats how her face got messed up. They also tried to make me pay for my daughter peeling paint off a wall that looked like the paint was coming off anyway. I love my child and Im looking for another daycare for her to go to because they are not I mean not a good daycare at all my daughter never has the same teacher shes always outside and she barely learns anything. This daycare is a disgrace and I dont recommend that anybody bring or keep there child in this daycare. And last but not least they suppose to help you potty train your child but the bathroom is broke hasnt been fix in almost 4 weeks and Im just so fed up with them that it makes no sense please if you read this take your child to another daycare your child will not be treated like they should here.

This place is horrible!!! I called to set up a tour, on the phone they gave me one price but when I got in there they quoted me another price. The tour didn’t start on time and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Didn’t feel welcoming at all.

There is an Indian lady she is the worstAnd disrespectful and she is using the Afghan lady as weapon to have more Hiring Afghan familyAnd the smell is awful inside Daycre!
