I did not get my certificate within 14 business days. Im still waiting. I called several times and they act like theyre taking a message, but never return my phone call. I want my certificate or refund me my money, $500.00.

I took the CNA class and it was worth every penny. It was taught by a very sweet and loving teacher by the name Marie Hall. Definitely one of the best classes yet. I will be taking my Pharmacy Tech classes here as well. Thanks so much to the Breath of Fresh Air team for making my transition a smooth one.

Arrived at 8:50am this morning for a 9am CPR/First Aid class. Waited until 9:10 for an instructor to arrive. We were told by the people who opened the office that the instructor Sarah Otey was running late. Five minutes later, we were told the instructor was going to be another 25 minutes late, but the class would still end at 1pm as scheduled, and anyone that didnt want to wait would receive a refund. I have called 3 times this morning attempting to speak to the owner, Theresa Mason, and have not received a call back to process my refund of $145. BAD BUSINESS- the lateness of the instructor in addition to the delay in processing my refund is very unprofessional. Additionally, there was no signage directing students to the specific location of the class upon arriving on the 2nd floor, and the table and chairs were dirty with food crumbs, lint, and dried liquid from leaky beverages, presumably from a previous class. I have been using Breath of Fresh Air for my class needs for 10 years, and nothing like this ever happened under the former ownership.

Had a great experience during my medication & CPR /first aide classes with Mrs Sara Otey. She answered all questions and was very helpful. Very detailed. I look forward to future classes with her. Thank you! 💛

Honestly it was great until the teacher decided to take her anger from her home issues out on all of her students. She made the experience miserable. I do NOT recommend the teacher I had. We were constantly leaving early & just sitting there in silence on our phones to fill time because they didn’t have enough material to last the 2 weeks. We took a 2 1/2 hour break. There are so many thing we could’ve learned in that time. When we went to the floor to actually work we didn’t know how to do half the stuff we needed.

Took my CNA class there MARIE. HALL taught the class she was patient, kind & on call if you need help with ANYTHING explained it to YOUR understanding GREAT EXPERIENCE ........

I really enjoyed taking classes here at breathe of fresh air !! They are kind and will give you the material that you need to pass the class. Breathe of fresh air will work with you on work schedules and payment negoitiation .. thank you Mrs Teresa for everything you have done to help me succeed in the nursing field with the help me receiving another certificate under my belt

I enjoy Breath of Fresh and my ladies Sandy and Teresa Mason. I have taken Pharmacy Technology and Medication Aide. It is a great course and school.

Just took a CPR/AED/FirstAid class hereon the 1/17/19 with Ms. Sandy it was really good she was very helpful in learning everything we needed to know I will deffinetly renew my certificate in two years here
