The gym has a comfortable amount of people, its not packed like other gyms. Good atmosphere. There is detailed training of technique which keeps training safe and sustainable. Trainers are reliable; if they say they are going to show up, they will. Also they hold you accountable to your training, which has been helpful. This is a great place to learn how to move efficiently, in fighting and/or in exercise.

One of the best gym I have ever been to! It has tons of equipment and is never crowded

Any trainer there takes time in helping people grow I could not keep weight on when I trained. I watched my hitting force triple in a 10 minutes with adjustments in shoulder and arm positions. Adam also took the time to help me get out of a lawsuit by world gym which was incorrectly written and the manager Tory agreed to cancel. Most martial arts you learn 45 min segments Adam teaches 2 hrs and when I was there he invited me to come train every day if I wanted. Go figure that one out financially if you asked that of a dojo if it was even available it would cost at least double. Business vs apprenticeship which do you desire?

Adam is the best personal trainer I have ever used. His knowledge of biomechanical movement and exercises needed to create proper mechanical movement. Outstanding fight coach. Personal trainer. Nutritionist.

The Owner is just a like a used car salesmen. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO WEIGHT TRAIN. On the website it advertised itself as a powerlifting gym but you can not actually train on your own schedule. The gym is never open and it is near impossible to get into the gym as it is always closed during the hours it says it is supposed to be open. You can really only train at the owners convenience. If you try to talk to the owner about the gym not being open during the hours that are advertised online he will talk in circles completely dodging the problem. DO NOT GET CONTRACTED IN. it feels like i have been basically scammed. I tried having my contract cancelled do to the fact that i am paying for something i cannot use and he gave me the run around about that as well. ITS NOT WORTH IT IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT TRAINING. You will have better luck going to Orlando Barbell, Or any other commercial gym. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great gym. Great trainer. Great people. Ive been training going on over a decade and its still because I feel its the best gym in town. Everyone truly interested in getting in shape or learning muay thai should check it out.

If i could give less then 1 star i would, customer service terrible, workers seemed to be in a bad mood and showed it, in general people there were rude and unhelpful. would not recommend!

Great training spot they have a rock climbing wall that I love full free weights and gym machines as well a a full cardio equipment area. The guy that runs the gym is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to weigh training stretching kettlebell training and kickboxing as well as nutrition. I have bought all my recent nutrition supplies hear in particularly the protien powder he recommended has made a noticeable difference which alone was worth the price of admission. Its really great when someone who actually knows what hes talking about sends you in the right direction. Unlike some nutrition shops ive been too that were just interested in selling expensive products that have not produced near the results as the supplements I have purchased at this gym. The place has a whole line of quality gym products rangeing from competition level kettle bells to wrestling and boxing shoes boxing gloves training shorts and the nutritional products Ive been raving about. Glad I found this gem of a place

If you do nothing else in life stay away from this place he is a total scam and I had to file with the Department of Agriculture and consumer services to get out of my contract he is not a real gym nor is he registered as a health studio his contract is bogus if you have had business with him you are owed a refund he just was fined yesterday for numerous gym violations case number filed by me 1605-19210 he is a scam make sure you read the health studio laws for Florida stay away from this guy he is a CROOK and his training sucks stay away
