Our second week there and we are hooked! I highly recommend! The instructors are amazing at what they do and I love the structure and the rewards. The mantras that they have the kids learn are wonderful for emotional and mental development. I could go on and on with the benefits of having your kid enrolled in their program. Stop by there and take the first class and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

The business owners are very nice and really go above industry standards to please and make aware of prices and whats expected of its students.However along with most Martial Arts Studios/Dojos in the 🇺🇸 US they have become Americanized and cater more to the belt system and getting a trophy & or medals🏅. If you are wanting a black belt Id suggest buy 1 off eBay and watch a $h:÷ load of Bruce Lee flicks youll save $ .. If you are truly wanting a no BS MMA experience find an old GM and work a deal with them after your done waxing thier cars and painting the fence you will have found real 🇰🇷🇺🇸 🥋.

The Tiger Rock team is excellent. They work very well with all age groups and levels of the student’s ability. They are patient and respectful of their students. Great attitudes and leadership. Keep up the great work.

We absolutely love going here. Our 5 and 7 year old are always excited for Taekwondo, unlike every other activity weve ever had them try. I really think it has improved their self-confidence. The owner and all the other instructors work very patiently with the students, but still instill the discipline youd expect from a martial arts facility. The location is very convenient off Buffalo Lakes road near the light with 87 in the shopping center behind the fire station. There isnt a sign for them (or most of the other businesses for that matter) so you have to pull in and go around to the back, but the sign on the front is big and you cant miss it.

Easily the best decision weve ever made for our family was the decision to join Tiger-Rock in Sanford. Our son has been working toward his black belt for almost two years and has loved every minute of his training. The instructors have helped our son grow and mature athletically and, even more importantly, mentally and emotionally. The focus here is not just on making you strong and teaching you to defend yourself effectively (although those elements are definitely achieved!). At Tiger-Rock, students of all ages learn self-control, respect for others and themselves, patience, stress management, cooperation, and sportsmanship. We will be here for as long as theyll have us, and down the road, our entire family might end up putting on uniforms and joining our son in the journey to black belt.

Good learning experience..perfect for kids and adults. They have a lot of different level classes, my kid loves it.. I highly recommend this place.!

Because my grandson participates in this activity and hes already a black belt at the age of 10 I love watching him and I love his performance and it is helped and taught him a lot

Excellent foundation for discipline, focus, group dynamics. Kids martial arts should be about these themes, not practicality for unarmed combat...Tiger Rock knows this, and does it just right.
