They have great instructors and my grandchildren love it.

Mr. B and his team are like another family to us. My lilhuman has blossomed there and he loves going to class. They always motivate the kids and really keep it fun while teaching them combos and sprinkling in lessons on respect. Definitely worth going and will keep my lilhuman in it as long as I can.

Ive trained here for over 2 years. Im just not sure why any one person, no matter who, would not learn some self defense skills. You can learn as much as you want here. Its a blast, you realize in each class more about why its important, you learn something more in each class about how to save yourself, and the instruction is really, really good... for kids and adults.

My children started training with Ken Brayman when they were in elementary school. Trained for years until we moved out of State. I’m confident that experience alone is what helped shape them into the amazing adults that they are now. I cannot say enough about how the training, care and lessons given by Mr. B & Ms. Michele positively impacted my children into adulthood.

Premier Martial Arts in Sanford has been terrific for my 18 year old daughter. She started when she was 16 and the amount of self defense/street fighting she has learned makes me feel a lot more comfortable as her dad. She has of course gained a significant amount of confidence in her skills. I would highly recommend Premier for anyone, any age!

As a former Police Officer I was really impressed with the reality in his method while still managing to make it accessible for my wife who has only just started training in Krav Maga. Krav Maga Street Defence is taught at Premier Martial Arts in Winter Springs and Sanford. Not only do I feel better as a parent knowing our son is learning tools to defend himself, but Ive also seen a change in him. I firmly believe the ability to act under pressure is something he learned in class and it came in handy when I broke my ankle - I dont think Ill ever forget watching my son calmly call my husband, collect our belongings, and make sure everything made it to the car when I was injured! I know I can rely on my 12 year old to keep a level head! Hes also much more aware of his surroundings, no nose in his phone while in parking lots - he looks in the cars surrounding our car to see if people are sitting there.I highly recommend checking out Premier Martial Arts for your kids AND yourself!

I trained for over 20 years IN traditionalTaekwondo and hapkido. Krav Maga is much more applicable in real life self-defense situations. Going in I knew right away the caliber and quality of the training and education I received from PMA. One class with Master Ken Brayman is all I needed.Dont be fooled by other schools! Check their backgrounds, their history, and how much training theyve actually done in Krav Maga and where they got it from.Not only does PMA have an amazing adult program, their kids program is nothing like Ive ever seen. My three daughters trained and I felt very satisfied with the level of self-defense they learned there. Techniques that would actually work in real life.
