The new dojo is beautiful. I hadnt been to class for ten years, but I was welcomed back. I wanted some athletics with a social component after being in lockdown for a year. Great instructors and a great price too!

Visited for a month as the dojo was being remodeled and during the pandemic, so training was limited to weapons on Saturday morning at a home in Barnardsville. Still, Dan Palmer Sensei was extremely friendly, as were the members in attendance. We worked out in an open field next to a stream. I enjoyed the time every Saturday, and I look forward to training with them next year on our return.

Absolutely first rate school, it has been around for over two decades. Tuition is a deal and could easily be higher for instruction in traditional Aikido. The instructors have been friendly and competent the few times Ive attended, and strive to maintain a physically and psychologically safe environment. A good choice for law enforcement officers and advanced martial artists looking for a new challenge.
