We feel so grateful to have our daughter doing her kindergarten year at International Montessori. The teachers provide a loving and enriching environment for children to learn and grow, and encourage social emotional learning as well as academic skills. Leadership at the school is transparent and organized, and they have created a safe environment during these difficult Covid times. We couldn’t be happier with this school, and most importantly, our daughter loves being there too.

We have been so thrilled with the education that our children have received at IMHOC Hart Lane campus. Our 5 year old stayed for kindergarten this year due to the public schools starting via Zoom- I was reluctant when making this decision, but Mrs. Jennifer assured me our daughter would continue to thrive, and she truly has! Children need to be with other children in an environment set up for them- her teacher Mrs. Ginger has continued to foster growth during the challenging times 2020 has brought.Our 3 year old is in Mrs. Cynthia’s class and she is so dedicated to her education and growth! Mrs. Cynthia tells me excitedly each day what our daughter has worked on. She has our 3 year old reading and doing addition!The staff and teachers welcome students each day with a smile on their faces! Their dedication to the children’s learning and social/ emotional health this past year has been impressive- all while maintaining strict guidelines set forth for Covid protocols. We are so glad to have found this sweet little school when we moved to Austin in 2018.

Our son has been going to IMHOC for about a year. Our daughter went there 10 years ago! Our son thoroughly enjoys going to school and often doesn’t want to leave. Teachers are great, caring, and seem to like what they do. It’s been great seeing him progress and thrive in the school environment!

Mrs.Alina, Mrs.Mayada, Mrs.Ambreen, and Mrs.Jennifer -actually ALL the teachers from IMHoC are exceptional people. My daughter went from being resistant to going to school to loving school and waking up to her excited for school. She is well above average level for reading. Her knowledge of life systems shocks me. International Montessori is exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My younger son has been going to this preschool for almost 4 years now. He has been in every class and we have interacted with every teacher in the school at various level. We love the care and affection that is bestowed upon the kids. The teachers are super great and they mold the kids so beautifully. The methods used to teach the kids are awesome and our son can explain the concept of division to us so easily! Ms. Farida, Ms. Alina, Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Neela all make a wonderful crew in shaping up the future of our kids. Every year the school puts out a wonderful annual day Christmas program and kids do such a fabulous job. Right from toddlers to older kids get to perform and put on a great show. I am going to miss this school as my son will be graduating soon. I cant thank the teachers enough for what they do!! Totally recommend this school.

IMHoC is a great school. Unfortunately, the Montessori approach did not connect with my son.

We have been with the IMHoC family for the last 3 years. My son started at age three and has excelled in Kinder and now 1st grade with the strong start and values shared here. My daughter began in the infant room and was quickly potty trained and moved up to the toddler crew. She was innately less motivated to learn, but has shifted to a scholarly mentality here and is 4.5 years starting to read well. The Hart Ln location is small...just two pre-K classes that focus on each individual childs learning and behavioral needs as alluded to with the different learning levels and desires of my two. The school also offers supplemental education including language (French and Spanish), etiquette/manners class, yoga, dance, and soccer...some at an additional/optional cost. The children present a Holiday Program every December that is one to see! There is no frills and the kids get to do all themselves to really explore and show their little, individual talents. This is truly a 2nd family to us and highly recommended to prepare your young ones for a life love of learning.

I have had two kids at this school. My oldest starting going when he was 4yrs old. Just in the one year he attended, he was prepared for kindergarten and reading at a 1st grade level. He used to dread going to his old preschool, once we started attending IMHOC he started to love school and learning. They make school fun for the kids. Both my boys come home everyday singing songs they learned. I also love the teachers! We changed schools because the previous school they attended had constant teacher turnover. All the teachers have been with IMHOC for many many years.
