I’ve never used Kid Spa Austin. I don’t think I’ve ever even been inside their building, but I don’t need to experience it to know it’s awesome. You see, Ken and Jamie Morrissey (the owners) were my neighbors for several years. I can honestly say that I’ve never met a more intelligent, caring, detailed oriented and honest couple in my entire 54 years of life. I’ve spent hours at a time just sitting and talking to Ken about everything under the sun. I can’t remember enjoying very many things more than having those talks. We haven’t always agreed, but the cool thing about him is that he isn’t intimidated by differing opinions. Actually, he thrives on them. Understanding why people believe the way they do has always been his way of enjoying and celebrating human nature. Regarding Jamie, the only thing bigger than her brain is her heart. I would trust my life with these folks, as well as the lives of my kids. You’ll be thankful you trusted these two. I know I’m thankful that I know them. I hope this helps.

Definitely do not recommend. Used to be better, but has really gone downhill. They fail to even cover the basics. The staff doesnt change soiled diapers, doesnt give kids snacks even when provided by the parent and the kid asks and fails to refill water bottles. They lose things and let kids steal things from one another. Forget nurturing or engaging activities. My kids hated going there. High turnover with staff. Was told that someone would contact me, and that didnt happen. I had to follow up on my own. Would call them the McDonalds of childcare, but at least I like the fries at McDonalds. Probably only a matter of time before there is a safety incident. Do not trust them with your kiddos, unless you want your kid to have a Lord of the Flies experience. Much better options for your kids in Circle C.ETA: In response to the owners sanctimonious response, I have some responses. First, we havent been to KidSpa in a while due to quality and safety concerns. Second, your employee told me that we would receive a refund and that someone would follow up with us. Owner is more concerned about retaining $220 and change. Third, with respect to helping needy families, you have to be kidding me. You are going to help needy families yet you are a Trump supporter? Ooooo-kay. Thought you guys didnt like socialism. You can tell them it was from us, not you.

We used to take our oldest grandchild here quite a few years ago. We recently signed up our younger grandchild so that we could bring him here as well.This place has been here quite a while, which engenders trust. Its clean and seems to be a positive, happy environment for kids. Our grandkids always have a good time when weve taken them here and of course that is whats most important.One of the nicest things about Kid Spa is you can just drop the kids off, you dont need to make appointments.All of the staff weve dealt with have been really nice, friendly and quite helpful. This, in addition to the fact that its very close and convenient to our home makes this a great place for drop-in child care.

Kids Spa has been a life saver! Drop off is is easy and convenient. My girls ages 2 and 3 love coming here and always ask to come back even on weekends! It’s hard as a parent to leave your little ones but with Kids Spa I’m always at ease! The staff here is wonderful and always friendly no matter the time of day!

This is a nice place to take your kids to.Weve been using Kid Spa for at least 10 years for a few different grandkids. The people there obviously like kids (itd be pretty terrible if they didnt, wouldnt it?).Its nice to just be able to drop your kids off without having to arrange in advance if you decide on doing something at the last minute.Its also very nice that all of the kids have always had a good time when weve left them there.

Had a fabulous experience with Kid Spa! I was in town for a business workshop and my original childcare plans totally fell through. A member of the business school staff recommended Kid Spa (its where he brings his own kids) so I decided to give it a shot. This was my first time ever putting my 19 mo in a daycare environment so I was a little nervous, but knew that it came highly recommended. To my great relief and delight, they ended up completely exceeding my expectations!The staff was so helpful and was 100% willing to work with me. They took great care of my son (he had a blast!), and I was very impressed by their professionalism and the quality of play and food. I was also surprised by how affordable it was!I felt completely comfortable entrusting my son to the staff and I was able to enjoy my class instead of worrying every 5 minutes about how my son was doing. Definitely check out Kid Spa if youre looking for a drop-in daycare. They dont just take of the kids, they take care of the parents too.- Wendy C.

Kid Spa is a life saver! Totally love this place, so easy to just drop off my son and he has so much fun! They have great hours and all of the people that work there are so nice. So glad I found this place, we use them every week and my husband and I have been able to actually go out and have fun together every week!

I dropped my daughter off here thinking I would pick her up happy. Instead she had been HIT in the face (had a swollen eye) KICKED in knee that left a mark (shes still complaining of knee pain), SPIT ON during goldfish snack time and when she told them to stop she told me they laughed in her face. This was done by 4 different children! She told me the kids were rough, mean and scary.I was never called or notified in any way by staff. What kind of supervision is happening here?? Even though I asked for management to call me no one has contacted me. You could clearly see her eye was red and puffy and her knee was obvious as well.I advise others to take caution!

As a current employee at kid spa Austin circle c AND a mother, I have to tell my story. My son absolutely loves coming here after school. He even asks on a regular basis to skip school so he can go to kid spa. I’ve never been treated better by a boss and truly feel welcomed by all employees when I walk through the door. I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my son to any other child care center.

My now 4 year old loves Kid Spa and has been attending since he was 18 months old!! I was a stay at home mom for awhile and Kid Spa was recommended to me by a family member and I was very nervous about leaving my child but after seeing how he never cried and always practically jumped into his teachers arms I realized it was the best place I could of taken him. Unfortunately we will be moving at the end of the summer and I wish I could take Kid Spa with us!! I don’t think we will find another child care facility like them. But anytime we are back in town we will definitely be by! Thank you Kid Spa Circle C for so many years of service you guys provided for our family.

Clubhouse for kids has been a big help to me as a single mom! It is very hard to choose a child care facility that you trust as your children are so important to you! When researching affordable places, I had come across multiple places that are CHEAP, but I did not feel that the love and safety of the children where the number one priority! Clubhouse for kids was the exception! My son started around 1 years old and I’ve been going there ever since. It is a loving, SAFE, home like environment that encourages learning and interacting with children of all ages! The staff is very caring and makes sure that each child is getting the attention they need! They where also a huge help in potty training as they encouraged my son to try to start using the big boy potty!I couldn’t recommend them enough!I encourage people to try wether your a single parent or need a night out. The pricing is very affordable at only around $8 per hour..... you can’t hire a baby sitter for that!

My grand daughter attends Kid Spa. It is very convenient for drop in child care and also for full time childcare. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and knows us by our first even after only attending for about a month. I recommend Kid Spa to all my friends and co workers!!

So glad we found this drop in daycare. They are responsive and friendly. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone that needs someone to take care of their child after work.

I want to give a better rating, but the place is always full. Then Im left scrambling to find a baby sitter or join the waiting list. Either way I end up late for work (Im on the verge of losing my job because they are always full), or my wife has to leave her job early and get scolded by her boss. When you can get your child in, its great. If youre looking for reliability, this is not the place for you.

I absolutely love this place! My boys have so much fun here. The staff is always friendly and they really care about the kids you can tell by the way they greet them. The facility is very clean another plus. I have used another drop in daycare that was a in home one and was not happy with the care, cleanliness of the home and treatment of my kids. So dont settle if you are not happy for any reason give Kid Spa a try!

I have been shopping for a drop in child care for a while now, and finally I have found THE place to go. I called a while ago and got some information from one of the teachers, and then a few days later decided to go for a tour. Got to meet the night manager Becky (I think) and another teacher by the name of Rebecca, really fun ladies. They were AMAZING! They were able to answer all my questions no matter how trivial they seemed. Without a doubt they made me feel super comfortable and I will be using their services sometime in the near future. Cant wait for my kids to join the Kid Spa family!

Kid Spa is by far the most amazing place for children Ive ever seen! When we first moved from Seattle to Washington in 2010, I had NO idea that drop-in care places like this existed. We tried out Kid Spa and we were hooked! My son was 6 then, and hes 9 now and STILL loves going there. When my youngest son turned 18 months old, we started bringing him to Kid Spa also, not just as a drop-in place, but on a regular basis. Both boys love it. The teachers are amazing, so friendly, caring and compassionate. They TRULY love the kids and it shows! We go to the Circle C location. Rosemary is the center director there, and I couldnt imagine anyone running the place any better. Definitely recommend Kid Spa to anyone I possibly can because they are AMAZING!

Even though today was only the second time weve brought our 18 mo here, my husband and I feel so good about him staying here for the 4-6 hours a week that we need child care. They recognized our son after only 1 day there, eased my nerves by checking on him when I called to let me know how he was doing (and even though I know they are very busy, they did not in any way make me feel like checking in with me was an inconvenience, which I very much appreciate), and even give a written report when hes picked up of everything that happened that day. We couldnt ask for more!

I wish I would have listened to my friends a long time ago. Kid Spa is amazing. I was very impressed with how clean and organized it was. I love that they have a schedule and that its not just a drop your kid off and let them run wild kind of a place The staff is so kind and my kids absolutely loved it. We will definitely be returning.

We have been using Kid Spa for almost 2 years now. They are so kind to my little 4 year old son!Its super convenient, extremely clean, and my son really enjoys the video games! I love the structure they have to offer the kiddos as well. I recommend Kid spa to all of our fellow parent friends!

We have been using Kidspa since they opened their doors a few years ago. From the very beginning we have loved our experience with them. The facility is always light, bright, up beat and CLEAN. The kids have so many activities to choose from while they are there. All ages will have a great time! The staff are attentive and caring. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone with children of any age!

My daughter goes to Kid Spa in Circle C and had been attending for over a year and has loved it since she has started! She looks forward to the dance parties they have! The staff is wonderful and has always made us feel safe there!

Just picked up my 3 year old grandson after a day at Kid Spa. He was a happy little boy. The young lady outside playing with them was happy and engaging. I loved getting a report for all the activities he did. The facility is clean and organized.

Great little drop off place , they even have cool little events for the kids . They will have trick or treating for the kids , movie nights etc. my little one actually doesnt want to leave when its time to pick her up

I take my daughter when I have to go to my second job. She loves it and I do too!!! Staff is always so friendly and the center is always clean.

I cant say enough good things about KidSpa. They are AMAAAZZZING with little ones. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a smile and just feel such positive energy. Its always so clean and organized. I had one incident where my child got hurt, but I received a phone call right away and an incident report with details of what happened, where it happened, and what was done to make sure my daughter was taken care of. All the staff is very positive and just makes it so much easier every time I drop of my little one. She always has so much fun and is excited to go back. I am so glad I was able to find KidSpa and I HIGHLY recommend parents to check them out.

We came from Dallas to visit our friends in Austin who use Kidspa. Aside from our friends recommending it, we felt the same. They worked with us on a discounted registration fee since we were only coming for two nights. The center is clean and everybody who works there is personable and makes all the kids feel comfortable. I loved the closed off movie room and how the kids got to vote on the movie they watched. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town. Our kids loved it the first night and were excited to go back the following night. Thanks!

GREAT CHILDCARE!! Very clean and bright. Staff is friendly, lots of things for kids of all ages to do. My 3 1/2 year old loved it!

Top drop-in day care in Austin by far! My daughter loves going and even asks to go. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive to all the children there. I have never seen a sad fave leave from there; there are so many toys and activities for the kids to participate in. Also, the prices are very reasonable and are open the hours that parents usually need it the most. I really appreciate them being open until 12:30am on Friday and Saturday. It gives parents a lil opportunity to get some time for themselves, be adults, but yet know their kids are in good hands and most importantly safe.

My wife and I love Kid Spa. As soon as we walked in we knew it was the right place for our daughter. We removed her out of one day care that wasnt doing too well but had tremendous reviews. They DID NOT get great reviews from us. Then we heard about Kid Spa and it was like heaven. Plus, we love the fact theyre open late, have flexible hours and offer Preschool classes. You can even have a date night with your loved one for an hour or two and drop off your kids. Its perfect!

Weve been taking our 2 1/2 year old boy there for 6 months and really like the experience so far. For example, hes is singing new songs to us that he must have learned there. We get a report for him for each day. The staff is very pleasant and nice and helpful.Also, the price is great and the drop in hours are very flexible and convenient for us. I think it would be hard to find something comparable to this place... especially at the price.Definitely recommend them.

My wife and I have been so pleased with how friendly, clean, and professional this location has been. My kids don’t usually take to new people well and with this awesome staff they easily transitioned and now love it here!

After trying a drop in facility in south Austin and being disappointed we found Kid Spa in Circle C and have had our children there for over 2 years. We started off using them for occasional date nights but now we go in atleast 2-3 times a week on weekends and after school just cause my children look forward to going to see their friends! Kid spa has never disappointed us!

Great prices, awesome staff. My 2 year old loves Kid Spa almost TOO much. At home, hell pick up his lunch bag and march around, chanting, Day-care, day-care! Hes always having so much fun there that I have a hard time getting him to leave. When I first enrolled my son in daycare, I had some parental guilt about abandoning him, but now I know that when I bring my son to Kid Spa, I am bringing him to his very favorite place.

Kids Spa in Circle C has always been a blessing for my partner and I to drop of my kiddo off for a few hours anytime we want to go out on date night or a Texas Sports event. I’ve checked out other drop in centers and have never found a center that is as clean, safe, and friendly staff as Kids Spa. I recommend any parent that is looking for a place to watch and entertain their 2 to 12 year old to go in as I did and take a tour of the facility. When I first went Deleasha showed me around and answered all my questions about rates, safety, meals, activities along with concerns I had about my child’s allergies . Our kid always has a great time even to the point he doesnt want to leave when we come back for pick up. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Kids Spa. What a neat deal.

I have three kids and they all go to Kid Spa, or as they call it Play Place. Staff is wonderful, its a great clean environment, and my 2 year old looks forward to going there. You also cannot beat their rates and the convenience factor.

Such a great place. Its wonderful knowing I can drop my kids off and not worry about them getting less than stellar supervision and not having fun. We love visiting!

How do I love Kid Spa, let me count the ways:-They are clean and bright, always willing to let us watch our kids-The ladies who work the desk know the families they serve, asking about our lives and really making sure that what we need is done for the kids-Several teachers have prominent roles in my son’s stories: Mrs B, Miss Becca, Miss Rebecca, and Miss Claudia, Miss Rosemary and Miss Tracy.-My son loves going to ‘school’ and comes home talking about games, friends he made or outside time.-I love using Kid Spa for those times when I need ‘me time’ or a date night with the girls.-I generally bring my son at night and will most likely continue to do so as the few times I have brought him in during the day on the weekends there have been women walking around as if they just left the gym to come to work where as those who work later on in the day are professional even while being casual.

My daughter loves going to kids spa. The staff are great, sweet, and super helpful. Especially the fact my daughter just got potty trained. They’re patient and help her have less accidents! Just one thing they do get super busy at times and spots fill up since it’s just a drop off. But luckily I can call in ahead of time to reserve my daughter a spot so I’m not late for work. It is good for babysitting but it is a very loud location. One thing I don’t like is the price plus when you called them that you will be bringing your child by, they start charging starting the time you call them. If you choose no to call and just swing by and drop off your kids, sometimes they will tell that they are full and cannot take any more kids despite you have an account with them. So, they prefer that you call ahead so they can start charging you and more money off of you:(

I love kidspa! The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and welcoming!! The staff is incredible and you can really tell they love their jobs by how amazing they treat the kids!

I LOVE this place! And my son absolutely loves coming here to play I was amazed by the fact that the staff knows my sons name (after his 2nd visit) but they also know my husband and I!! The entire staff is phenomenal!!

My son and I love Kids Spa at Circle C. He is there at least 2 times a week. Every staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean.

My son (2) has been attending Kids Spa for a little under a year and has learned and developed skills that as a single mom I would have never been able to teach him. For example before Kid Spa he couldnt pronounce his name and yesterday he introudced himself in a full sentence with his name included. All of his teachers are very nice, polite and dedicated and I couldnt ask for a better team to leave my son with.

Super convenient & fairly priced. Lovely staff , clean environment and filled with plenty of toys for the kiddos. Loveeeee love love!!!

I have been using KidSpa very regularly (about 12 hrs a week) for almost a year. I have two children ages 8 and 2. I was very wary of drop-in daycare. I have a unique situation as a telecommute but go into the office often. But the hours arent always set and at times I need to be very flexible. This made most other childcare options impossible for me.Both my children love this place. My toddler is really social and enjoys the variety of activities they provide (circle time, dancing, outside play). My older one who tends to be shy is able to find quick friends while playing Wii (or observing and commenting on those playing, which is a big pastime among the boys).What I LOVE about this place is the flexibility. Just today, my business lunch ran long and I wasnt able to pick up my son by 1. No worries, they just put him down for a nap and when I picked him up at 2:30, he was refreshed. I didnt have to worry about late fees with the childcare like I would at another place. And, I pay for the care I get by the minute. Its not rounded to the next hour or anything. If you need diapers/drinks/meals you can just pay for it there too or (like me) send your kiddos with meals and they are set.The staff are really on top of it. In addition to the daily notes they send, I often will get anecdotal stories about how my son made a best friend or how he danced to this song. Everyone know my son, they are very kind and loving and they all are trained really well. I can ask any staff member a question and they can answer it-- instead of making me wait for the director. There is barely any turnover in the last year since weve been there.Also, the place is CLEAN! Ive seen them sweep/mop/vacuum several times a day and it looks fantastic. The prices are very reasonable, although some larger families may find the cost a bit much. But, for the flexibility its worth it. Very few baby sitters will come for less than 4 hours of work.This place is great for working families or if you want a date night or just a few hours alone to run an errand. Ive placed my youngest in there for 35 minutes so I could take a conference call!

Kidspa Austin is widely known as the top drop-in daycare in Austin, but it is so much more than that! My daughters have been visiting/attending Kidspa for almost 3 years and the level of familiarity with staff (due to lack of turnover), organizational excellence, cleanliness and educational services rival some of the areas so called early learning academies.

Great center.My daughter (4years) loves being there.Kid spa has wonderful teachers.They provide excellent service full of love and care.Variety of activities is just amazing.This center is great especially for working parents.If they are late from work, they shouldnt worry.This center is open until 10-00 pm and schedule for child is flexible.

I have seen better places. This place is okay but not great. It’s loud, short stuff, customer service not good and very expensive.

Looove this place. My son is nearly 5 and has been going since he was 10 months old!!! The staff ia amazing. We do miss Mr M and Mrs Rowen!!! But everyones always good to my son and he freakin loooves it here ! Thank you guys so much!!! Xoxoxo

Kid Spa Austin is theeeeee best place for your little one to go when you need quality, safe and fun drop-in care!This was the first experience my 3 yr.old son, Cannon, has had with any type of daycare. I always watched him myself but found that I needed a break to workout, run errands or even just to have a little me time!As moms, sometimes we overlook ourselves since we are taking care of everyone else. Kid Spa Austin allows me to drop him off for some guilt free time away. Upon arriving, Cannon quickly takes his seat belt off yelling, GOTTA GO TO SCHOOL! SCHOOL MOMMY! SCHOOL! before I can even put the car in park. That is a great sign, by the way.Rosemary *ROCKS* a fabulous staff of wonderful, loving caregivers who are nurturing, professional and as sweet as Texas peach tea! I love them! They cater to control freak mommies like me. For example, this is a typical order when I arrive:I need my son to eat the yogurt he brought for breakfast within the next 15-20 min., his special blanket is in his bag, here is his sippy cup. I want to purchase your lunch for him today. He needs a Pull Up on at nap time but he must change into underwear after his nap. I will be back in 6 hrs.Sounds like a Starbucks order doesnt it? Its confusing to most, but not for Kid Spa Austin. Tracy is awesome and she gets it, (she is a mommy too). All Ts are crossed and Is are dotted. Its THAT kind of a place!I heart Kid Spa Austin. xoxoxo U will too!

We LOVE KidSpa!My 4 1/2 year old daughter goes to KidSpa Austin nearly every weekday for a few hours of fun and learning. She absolutely loves it! She has made lots of friends there and she always has lots of great stories to share when she comes home.The teachers at KidSpa are wonderful. They are caring, knowledgeable, and show a lot of interest in my child. The same teachers have been working there since our first visit over a year ago so there is not a high turnover rate of employees. This makes my daughter feel more comfortable since she is familiar with her teachers and it makes me feel more confident leaving her with their high level of care.My daughter has learned so much at KidSpa--sign language, songs, art, sharing, ABCs and counting.The hours are so flexible, the staff is so friendly and the cost is very reasonable. We highly recommend KidSpa!
