I brought my 23 year old daughter Maria in Vernon hills for a cut and a color. The cut was fine. The highlights you couldn’t even tell. When I approached the colourist and said you couldn’t see any highlights I was told to pay another 95.00 . Her attitude was very unprofessional. She clearly didn’t care about how happy the client was. I have been a client for a long time, so I decided to call the manager and she said come back for it to be colored again. The colourist applied toner on her about 4 times. Once again it didn’t show. And than she was told to go dry her own hair. So this cost a 115.00 gift card another 94.00 dollars and additional 25.00 for the second time! Again the manager called to inform me she was sorry but those girls were new. So much for living up to your name and no one offered to refund us . A very disappointed customer! Oh yes please share this review to save other people money and disappointment.

😡 DO NOT GO TO THE SCHOOL IN LAFAYETTE INDIANA!! IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR TEACHER, THE SCHOOL HEADS WILL ACT LIKE THERE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE SITUATION AND THEY DONT😡PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THESE ISSUES OR WORSE.

Horrible service as well as prices. $260.00 for hair color. Girl left my daughter sit with dye an extra 10 minutes because she was taking care of 2 people at once. Left my daughters beautiful long hair, brassy. I am pissed. Not to mention you dont even blow dry the customers hair if they dont get a cut. What the hell is wrong with you people? What makes u think you can charge so much and do so little. Marios is not anything special. Too many other spas to go to. Lost our business and I am sure they have seen a decline over the years. Good bye!

Horrible customer service horrible jobs they do and they burn youre hair and expect you to walk out of there like nothing and if you choose not to trust me its very stressing arguing with these people . Manager was rude and so disrespectful. I called corporate and told them what was going on they choose never to call back .. so ladies think twice before going to get anything done there.. this company is just a name .. I went to the location on yorktown will never go back... plus pricey...$200 for highlights...
