Wonderful gym, everyone is so down to earth and outgoing! We came from out of town to compete in the pans bjj tournament and Fabin opened his doors to us. The instructors were great and so were the rolls. Very family oriented. We will definitely be back!

I completed the form on the website to inquire, they emailed me back days later asking for more information. I emailed them back same day. Week went by, never received a response, sent a follow-up email, and it was never answered. This is clearly not an establishment that aims to bring new people in the door. Unfortunately, we had to take our business elsewhere.

Great vibe, it is a very welcoming gym. The professors are great and the team members are very helpful. I have tried other gyms in the Orlando area, but this one is definitely the best. It feels like a family!

This is an excellent school to train at. Several high quality black belts give instruction, and they’re very friendly to visitors who come in from out of town. Their pricing for visitors isn’t extravagant either. There are no egos like you get at a lot of other schools, and Fabin himself took the time to roll with me when I came down for a visit. If I lived in Orlando, this is where I would train.

I was visiting in town on vacation and came across this place. Location was convenient with lots of class hours. Visiting a new gym can be uncomfortable at times but Fabin was very welcoming from the get go. The mats are large and clean. Locker rooms are nice with showers (thank you). Vibe in the gym was chill and everyone said hello to me which was nice. Class consisted of warm ups, technique, situational sparring, and then just rolls. Had a great experience and Fabin was real chill. If youre visiting and wanna drop in for some mat time, this is a great place.

Trained here for a week while traveling for work. The atmosphere was amazing; I was not treated like an outsider at all. Fabin is a great teacher and there are a lot of great training partners. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or looking for a gym. I also took back home some great half-guard techniques.

Visited Coach Rosas gym while in Orlando and they could not have exceeded my expectations anymore. Coach Rosa was first person I met as soon as I walked through the door. He made me feel like I was a long time member and training partner and truly seemed excited that I had dropped in to train. This carried over to the other instructors and members as well. Class was great and while challenging was not over the top. I look forward to my next visit and if you are in Orlando you should too!

JD has been an incredible coach and role model for my four year old. Hes been exceptional in teaching my son things we really didnt think he was ready for. Every class has been a great way for my son to expend his seemingly never ending supply of energy as well as teach him discipline at the same time. Cannot say enough about how happy we are to have found JD and FRBJJ!

Amazing Facility and Instructors, if you want to learn BJJ in a family like environment and get in shape in the process, this is the gym for you. Fabin and his instructors are true masters of their craft and will teach BJJ you in a method that will let you develop your skills in a more logical method. If youre just looking for a fun way to workout that doesnt involve running in place on a treadmill, Jiu Jitsu is a great way to test your body both mentally and physically at the same time, just be warned it is addicting and can become life altering if you let it!

The camaraderie and teaching style at FRBJJ is unlike other schools Ive been to. I feel at home and among friends there, and its reignited my love of martial arts after a 15 year absence. I had a bad experience at my old gym and I hadnt trained for 10 months. I was afraid to train again because I was afraid of being judged or looked down on. I did not want the same experience I had all over again :(I ran into an old teammate who had been training there for a few months who raved about Fabins and I worked up the courage to go in, I felt a lot better after I called up the winter park location and talked to Darrin. I took my son up at the FRBJJ school in Altamonte to see if he would like it. He was hooked in the first five mins, JD is great instructor. The kids really listen and have fun but are also learning.

I dropped in for a Saturday open mat while I was in town for the weekend. An old friend of mine trains here and has asked me to come visit for a couple years now. I wish I took him up on his offer sooner. The people that train here are extremely friendly and courteous. A wide variety of skill levels to train with. If youre looking for chill rolls, they have it. If youre looking for the porrada, they have that too. The owner Fabin Rosa will welcome you with open arms like youre family. Recently I travelled from UAE to Orlando for work. During my 5 days in town, I needed a place to stay stretched and warm the week before heading to IBJJF Dallas. Professor Rosa and Coach JD wasted no time in inviting me to their gym. Coach Rosa went out of his way to check in on me each day. Coach JD wasted no time going over areas I felt I needed work and offered mentor level guidance each day on the mat. I contacted Fabin Rosa BJJ two weeks prior to joining the school. The response was absolutely awesome. I have been training for under a week and everyone is there to help you improve and get better. I trained Kung fu for 4 years prior to this and had no experience with BJJ beyond watching ufc but they have made a special effort to make me feel welcomed and show passion for you to improve and are willing to put the time in to improve your skill set.
