This is my first time trying Tai Chi (meditation in motion.) I have to say it was a very enlightening experience; the muscles, the focus, and the energy required was breathtaking. Tai Chi is definitely something I feel personally will help me to be a more centered individual. My great instructor Christian is great and there fees are insanely reasonable. Im looking forward to more sessions.
