When I was planning to take my business to the next level with my own licenses I made the biggest mistake by selecting this overpriced, unethical establishment to purchase from. They will sell you books they know are about to be outdated and offer no help even when the books are unopened a couple weeks later. I get that the state changes books but when there knowingly selling the books with no heads up is upsetting. Very bad attitude when trying to communicate with concerns rather than excitement when they catch a new buyer.

This is a to the point school...sticky business. Im extremely happy that I studiedat this school...Im now both a GC and a Florida State Roofing Contractor...U GO!

Amazing customer service and course curriculum. If you put in the time on the study books provided, you have every opportunity to pass the test. Office staff is very responsive and professional. Used Palm to get my first license years ago and currently using to earn my next one. Look me up and contact if you want to know more about the experience.

Excellent school and preparation materials. I was able to pass the Air A exam on the first attempt with approximately 4 months of class & study time. Dont think you are going to go to the few classes and pass. You need to put in the work in between, 1-3 hours each day on average. Palm Construction will give you the material and set you up for success, you need to do the rest. Thank you to the excellent instructors!

Worst instructor curriculum I have ever witnessed in my life. Good luck getting a phone call back or an email for that matter from an instructor. Good luck getting any kind of assistance from the office when you call without any attitudes. Decent prices on books though. Even trying to let them know how unhappy you are shortly after paying for the classroom don’t expect anything

I just pass today the business and finance!!! I passed the trade last year. Passed them both the first time!! I am very grateful that I chose Palm Construction School. I did everything they told me, went through all the practice material and it paid off! Thank you so much guys!!!
