I have had many services preformed by the students and they have all been done wonderfully. By the off chance that something would ever not be exactly to my liking they would be happy to fix it as long as I let them know right away!

Mom, we pay for being hurt. I brought my son there for his outside home haircut this morning. it was my worst experience in the past ten years in Rochester. I dont want to describe the student and the teacher with a cold face. a piece of skin on my sons ear was clipped away. Bleeding! my son is nine. They gave a bandage. No apology, no wash. I told them I will only pay half the price because of the accident. they said it is normal to have an accident. I did not expect a good haircut. I went there several times for cheaper services before. And I never recommend it to any friend because it is only cheaper &7 a hair cut. OH, now it is $10. But this time I am mad. They still want me pay $10 for the service. I left $5 and told them if they want more, go sue me. Thank God. I dont need go there anymore.

Horrible with time management. No respect for valued returning customer. Took 4 hours off from work (which is very difficult) to get hair done and the school didnt have time to complete requested services. Not to mention living 45 minutes away and riding a bus to work from out of town makes for planning an afternoon like this very difficult, and definitely not something that can happen anytime. The school dealt with this situation poorly, and did not offer any compensation for their ridiculous planning. VERY disappointed.

I was scheduled for a perm today. I took the day off from work, drove to Rochester, stopped got cash for tip. When I got to the school at 9AM, I was told by the Educator oh sorry she didnt call you, she has not had all her classes to do a perm, I guess I should have called you myself. Totally unprofessional of this place. Wasted a day of PTO from work and my time. To get a ohhh sorry. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, the color I received was not like what I asked (light brown and received bleached blonde) and was not evenly spread throughout my hair. I am sure it was just a simple mistake that can be improved.

Had a wonderful chance to speak with the owner and enjoyed not only her vision, but the way in which the students and staff seem to be working. I look forward to visiting the school.

My daughter and I went for a girls day, she got her hair shadowed hot pink and I got a spiral perm. The students were very uneducated and the instructor didnt seem so great either. They burnt about 3 inches off of my daughters beautiful hair when they left the bleach on way too long, she said it was burning her scalp, then they cut an inch of that damaged hair off and told me they cut all of the damaged hair off, but there was still almost 3 inches of burnt hair. The student who permed my hair didnt bother to even rinse all of the perm solution out, she was supposed to give me a haircut afterwards, and didnt, also she didnt even comb or brush my hair! I felt like a freaking poodle. It was the worst, by far, experience I have ever had, and I felt sooo bad for my 15 year old daughter, her hair is so horribly damaged and fried that I wanted to cry. Do yourself a favor and go spend the extra money at a salon, this place is an uneducated joke!!!!!!! Worst rating possible, huge regret!!

For the price its worth every negative attitude in that facility. -- go cheap, get cheap.
