HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PEOPLE JUST TRY TO SCAM YOU. AND WILL CONTINUOUSLY CHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. THE AGENT BRANDON IS THE WORST, NO SYMPATHY WHATSOEVER.

Horrible place!!! They will call and harass you because you dont have the money to pay them. Never once I was told that I can cancel my daughters contract within 30 days but yet told that I had to pay to cancel the contract. The people that work there are soooooo damn rude especially Brandon. He talks to you like you owe him the money. If it is possible I would love to see him fired. Everyone there need to take a class on professionalism and better customer service because it seem like they have anybody working there.

Who is this company and how in world did I agree on a month to month agreement for 169.00 I sent an email and I canceled because I never agreed to anything. Not only that, the reviews is horrible. I wont be signing up for anything until the plandemic is done. Im not paying for something I cant use.

Terrible company! We are in the middle of a pandemic and they refuse to cancel my sons contract with a martial arts school under them. I am pregnant and my husband is unemployed due to coronavirus and they still will not release from contract. I am taking legal action under a new law that protects people from crooks like them in the midst of a crisis.

. Be-aware of singing any contract with any Taekwondo or Martial arts school. If that school ask you to sign any paperwork with Amerinatinal name on it you better run! Amerinational is a debt collecting agency. Even the school is closed or fail to provide you services Amerinatinal will not stop collecting their payments. They will harass you with nasty threatening phone calls and letters. They will ruined your credit and take your money.

Getting a bill after they received a copy of my military orders and request to cancel contract. No follow up calls to explain why am I responsible for 4 months after the date of the orders!There is apparently a disconnect between the company and the school(s) they represent.Update: 05 nov 19: issue finally resolved thanks to a lady named Lisa.Still, shouldve been a clear cut resolution, not take 7 months to resolve, due mainly of no follow up calls from company

Worst place to work ever! They put microphones over your desk to hear what you are saying. I had the camera moved so it can be pointed at me! I don’t mind because I did nothing wrong but the maintenance guy who had to move the camera told me they made him move it so it pointed directly at me because they wanted to keep a close eye on me.It’s like working for Big Brother. They paid $10 an hour and asked me to do accounting work...... like where do they do that at??Long story short I walked out of here in anger because of how they mistreat the employees.Also they kept reminding me at least once a week that the job they asked me to do can be done better by a computer. Now I do not doubt they believe that but dang that is rude. This place was bananas.

They would not cancel my contract.... stay away from taekwondos that use these people (especially americas best tkd)

I called to get info on how to cancel my membership today since it is about to expire next month and Brandon couldnt find my account since i never updated my phone number or address. He called me back to tell me that he found it and told me exactly how to go about to cancel and updated everything for me. He was super sweet and a very helpful !

The rudest, nastiest, and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! Im canceling my sons classes (there is a fee to cancel and Im fine with that), the instructor/owner called to tell them to cancel as did I . When I called again I was told I needed to send the contract to them to prove I can cancel, and that they have never talked to me or the owner...ever! Even with the contract Ive sent, the owner calling them, and many calls they still will not cancel. I will never do business with anyone who uses this company, they are con artists.

Refused to cancel my contract after the death of a family member which caused me to inherit more financial obligation. Be careful, because my instructor did not explain to me that there is no cancellation policy. Ive never even heard of a contract that doesnt have a cancellation policy of any type. Make sure you read carefully. Absolutely ridiculous. I dont even go anymore.

Be careful!! Would not allow me to cancel my membership. My grandson is 7 yrs old and involved in other activities. We decided it was to much for him, so we tried to cancel our membership and was told its unfortunate but you signed an agreement ...Unbelievable! !! Ive never heard of this!! Was never told this when we signed him up....My Advice to anyone thinking of becoming a member here...Keep looking! My grandson has to continue this with a heavy heart and Im stuck in a financial obligation that shouldnt be.....

Great team of professionals at AMS.Since they have to collect payments they have a tough job to do, but always do it with a professional attitude and work with folks as much as possible.Great company, doing a TOUGH job, and doing it well.

I wanted to give a 0 rating - theyre that rude! I tried to cancel my membership because I was never told its a year long contract that CANT be broken. I submit enough documents, but nothing seems to be enough for them. The customer service rep I spoke with was an epitome of rudeness - youre robbing my money AND being rude to me as if thats your birthright! Absolutely horrid! Theyre just cons with a website.

Total crooks and beyond rude! I wish I would have read the reviews pertaining to this company, I never ever ever would have gotten involved with anything that has their name affiliated with it. These people are seriously trying to tell me Im locked into a 3 year contract when I have a paper contract that clearly states 1 year. Not only that, I was told by the instructor at Jeongs Taekwondo a specific amount every month (and its listed on the contract) but I am being billed all sorts of additional charges for things I did not agree to! When I confronted him I was told to call this management firm, all I got was there is nothing we can do and no you may not cancel you are locked in for 3 years... SERIOUSLY!! Run people Run...If any company uses this company for their management dont do it..

It was always awkward to confront parents regarding their past due tuition. I tried AAC for billing service, they had few hidden fees and the statement was not easy to understand. It was pretty painful to be on the phone with them every month to figure out exact number of fund available for us.AMS has better system to pull the list of people who paid or not, then I can forecast my income more easily and receive no complaints from my parents. Also once I exceed the certain transaction volume, they offered me to lower the service charge.
