This was the biggest challenge of my whole life so far. I’m 49 years old and I came from Brazil only 2 years ago with my family looking for better days for my son 6 years old. My dreams included good job and benefits for me and them. So, a new career must starts here on ROADMASTER and here I found right staff, right crew to make my dreams come true. They treat me all the times, from the beginning to the end with respect, like a big family. I felt more confortable and now fully prepared to TURNS TIRES all over in the United States. Instructor Mike is really good and patient and he is the best also know how to calm the females down since they usually get frustrated. He will show you the right way to do it, he will let you make your mistakes and tell what you did wrong and how to fix it.Thank you Mike!Tim is also really good at teaching you how to do all the maneuvers , really patient and make u believe in ur self that you can do it.Thank you Tim!

Its HOT! 🤣 The majority of instruction takes place outside and aside from lightning, inclement weather does not disrupt instruction. So dress for the weather! The staff are passionate and animated in their instruction. The whole staff is full of personality. They really know how to make the less exciting parts of the program fun and endurable. Would highly recommend to anyone intending to earn their Commercial Drivers license.

So far, so good. I start in August, but every since I called a month ago and spoke with my, now advisor, the excitement level has reached its all time high. Truck driving is what Ive wanted to do since I was a kid. They are helping me make this dream come true every step of the way.

I was ready to enroll at roadmaster, the VA already approved the training but when I called to do the drug test i was asked by Angela the counselor if i already did the job placement and said im not interested and was told either i go to work for Werner or you cant enroll, so just know you are paying 7k so that you can have a job if thats the case Werner should pay for your school. Wouldn’t recommend veterans to use their VA benefits in this school.

Everyone from the office staff to instructors were very helpful and patient. I have no complaints. Make sure you walk into school with you permit. I didn’t have mine.

Instructors and admin staff were amazing. As a transgender I had some doubts of being accepted but everyone made me feel comfortable and supported at all times. I will recommend Roadmaster for sure! Thank you all!

I really like Roadmaster staffs but the best trainers were Mike Smith, Pablo Abreu, Tim Jerry. They help me out and teach me the techniques of driving really good.

Wouldn’t have been able to start my career without them! I’m very thankful to Mike, and Pablo especially, without these two instructors I would not have understood and been able to implement what I’ve learned!

Wow! I did it! When I first started going here, I personally didnt think I was going to make it. Im such a girly girl and this is a totally different experience for me. Some students grasp the concept faster than others, but if you pay attention to the instructors, you will succeed. I just want to personally thank Alfredo because he got me all the way together. I am an Active/Reserves duty military and also a Law Enforcement Officer, I was decided to do a new experience, The Military was paying the driving school for me. I was chosen to go to Roadmaster Driving School in Orlando, I used my GI Bill through the military to pay for it. I just Graduated last week, I will tell you right now, I have had many experiences in life but this one at Roadmaster Driving school will stick for the rest of my life in my mind, I think so do the other students in class 20. First week at school, I was doing straight back when we finished for the day on my way Home in my mind I was like Is this really something that I really want to do? Cause I really didnt know what I was doing, I was all over places with my Offset and Alley Dock, a lot of frustration. When I express my feelings, all the instructors said yall class 20 got this, yall smart etc. Instructor Roy, Mary, Alfredo, Pablo, Efrein, John etc those Instructors are the Besttttttttttttttttttttttttt, Very respectful, they have a lot of patients with the students, it is unbelievable, just show them you want to learn and they will everything and anything to help you. Whenever you go there ask for Recruiter WENDY she is the BESTTTTTTT I said what I said yes she is the best Recruiter, very patient, respectful, she will work you through the process very smoothly. Manager EDITH EVIENES I am sending 1000000 Kiddos to her, very straight forward, respectful, she will give you everything and anything you will need and help you to be successful. They dont want to see any students fail, thats a NO NO, everyone should pass and go get experiences, of course you will work hard to be successful, you will not pass your test if you do not study and put your efforts. NAHHHHHHHHH They dont pay me for this review, I am talking from my experience, if I had a bad experience trust me I would say it straight up. Class 20 was the best experience I have ever made with my Haitian Guys over there, we eat together, joke together, laugh together etc never disrespect one another NEVERRRRRRRRR. At the Orlando location the staff is super excited to get you started in the program. The instructors are WORLD class, their patience and knowledge is what got me to graduation. Would highly recommend to any future trucker.

In the second week, I felt like O my God how in the world I am going to remember all these things, then week 4 came, and everything started to making sense, from leaning Pre-Trip to Straight Back /Offset to alley dock, I learned the most by listening and watching the instructors telling other students how to fix things whenever they make a mistake or explained something to them, I asked questions a lot. all of the instructors have their own ways of teaching, but they all teach you 110% about what I came to learn, I was like a sponge, I was confident and self-assured in myself that helps a lot. So it wasnt easy, and at times I wanted to quit. But stuck with it and finished what I started. Study, stick with it and it will suddenly click.

They were always there when needed them. Great instructors. Extremely helpful. Each and everyone of them.l enjoyed my time at Roadmasters. Thank you for a memorable experience. I will use your guidance through my career.

MESSAGE FOR NEW STUDENTS: Be ready for 4 to 5 weeks of intense work, but youll be sure that Roadmaster will teach you how to safely keep America moving. MESSAGE TO ROADMASTER SCHOOL IN GENERAL & INSTRUCTORS: Consider few days of classroom maneuver aclimatation after pre-trip to prepare the students for pad maneuvers. Use graphics to demonstrate the many different situations that can arrive while parking. This may improve the learning experience, speed of learning and quality of driving. You may have for exit to the pad students being able to briefly explain or understand the logic of each maneuver turn within each maneuver technique (i.e. straight backing, off-set and alley dock). AND, be sensitive to students backgrounds and learning challenges.

Had a great experience here and the staff was very encouraging. They want you to learn and do their best to explain backing maneuvers, driving, and etc. They are always willing to answer all your questions and they dont get upset when they have to repeat themselves because they understand we, students, are new to this. I like how they switch instructors because one instructor might teach it in a way you quickly understand. Realistically, none of the methods are wrong but like math you understand using different methods. Instructors can only do so much but you have to be motivated, determined, and willing to learn and listen even when youre not in the truck to get a better understanding of the trailer. A little tip: follow the instructors while they are instructing a driver so you can see why they tell the driver to move their steering wheel a certain direction to see where the trailer goes, when to stop and counter-steer. Try to learn by driving AND watching. Big THANK YOU to the driving staff at Roadmaster Orlando! Update: for the price they should’ve taught manual because you wouldn’t be limited and the school is owned by Werner so when I called back to ask for help to find another job they were no help.

I reached out because I was interested in starting school in Jan, they were offering me to work for them as a driver and told me I couldnt attend school unless I was going to work for them after I got my CDL. They treated me very unprofessionally, sarcastic and extremely rude after I declined the offer. I am very disappointed with my experience with them..

Fact: pay $7000.00 plus 18% interest. Over $10000.00 if take the full length of the loan duration to pay it back. If you fail to pass an evaluation at 200 hrs you go home and still owe the money. There are companies that will sponsor you and pay for your schooling for 1 yr of your service to them. Do your research. Companies are eager to have you work for them. Recruiters will tell you the companies they offer will reimburse you but why even sign a contract for $7000.00 when you can do it for free!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH.

I enjoyed my time at Roadmasters. My instructors were great! Wasnt what I was expecting. I was figuring on being finished I. 3 weeks, but it was almost 5. I was happy actually that it was longer. I feel like I recieved the proper training that way. I will miss the instructors and the staff. I feel like everyone here is family

Worst experience my husband had to ever deal with at the Orlando facility. I highly recommend mid-Florida tech where its inexpensive and longer training. First, the recruiter lies to you and tells you all that the training has to offer and how theyll assist. Once you start the training its a complete opposite, they dont teach you to step by step for each section ..its discombobulated because each class has people with different hours and due to them being understaffed they rush the students to take the test on sections they werent even taught yet. They even left my husband by himself with the truck as the instructor go to teach other students in the classroom. The worst part is the school gives you 160 hours until you test out so time is of the essence but they have so many students and fewer instructors you will not get the full assistance you need to test. The worst part is they dont care how the students are being treated once you give them money. Also, the manager is disrespectful and doesnt talk to her peers with respect. Worst school ever they have a manager in Orlando that threatens to drop you from training and youll be stuck with the loan under your name, and also disrespect and antagonizes the students. Basically, this place will set you up for failure and doesnt help students who are struggling with understanding the training. If you want to succeed in trucking without being belittled please Look for a longer training hour school.

I recently graduate. It was a lot harder than expected. But for that reason I said that all the staff are responsible and very knowledgeable about what they do. What a negative and uncomfortable experience. Today we called looking for information, asked if anyone spoke Spanish and the first thing they said to us was everything is in English here with an attitude, ok thats fine ... we can understand that, then they transfer the call with another person and they tell me My wife “has to speak directly with me” because nothing is translated here (with an attitude again), to the point that I go is ... my English is not the best but I defend myself, and when a person has goals and wants to put his whole heart in something ... he will do it even if it is in Chinese, Thanks for not giving me the opportunity to try ... out there I know there are other options.

Staff was very helpful, great instructors as well and if you did have a problem with any they are great about switching them out. Is very fast pace so you will need to be dedicated for 3-4 weeks to your studies and learn what is needed to pass your state test which is done by the state so if you fail the school has nothing to do with it they prepare you but its up to you to put In the work and pass and yes it is a little expensive but well worth it and your company you go with will make the payments my loan was 7000 but Werner is making my payments each month so really it didnt cost me anything and yes if you fail your state test they will charge you to retake only the first test is covered in the tuition so pass it the 1st time thats not the school trying to make money thats the state so everyone crying about the school is only out for money is not the case they probably just failed multiple times and had to keep paying to retake the test so they are mad

Definitely a great experience. The staff are very nice and helpful. Our instructor Mr. Collin is a great guy and he knows how to boost your confidence and will teach you how to drive. The rest of instructors are professionals and very good people.The head of the school Mr. peter is a wonderful guy.If you’re looking for a trucking school then look no more.

When I first got there I struggled on backing maneuvers until I met and instructor by the name of Greg he was patient and very helpful. Ralph also took time and went on a little road trip to help me on my turns. I enjoyed my time here at Roadmaster Orlando. All instructors that I was assigned to were courteous and helpful. Slavi was the first one that I worked with on the Pad and he was very helpful. I then worked with Alfredo who was also very helpful and pushed me to make things right. I also worked with Joe on PTI, lot of fun working with him. I worked with Walton and Greg only one time each however they were also very helpful. finally i got an opportunity to work with William after I failed the final exam and boy did he do a number on me. This man was the icing on the cake. He gave me the exact attention I needed to understand the backing maneuvers. Overall, great experience. I will definitely recommend this school to other people.

It was definitely a great experience. I had great instructors, got to meet a lot a great people as well. I was able to get a second chance, I trained harder took my evals and got it done. Overall its a great school the equipments were in good conditions. I will recommend any of my friends that are interested in the field to apply at this school.

Only a good place to get your CDL quick if you are a FEMALE. If you are a woman you automatically have a HUGE advantage to passing all exams and driving courses. If you have a woman in your group, just remember Instructors favor all them and spend more time individually with them more than men.

I thought I had a good experience until I actually got on the road. The instructors were too busy flirting with me. Im not even trying to flatter myself, one of them gave me his phone number when I graduated. They push people through so fast if youre not a natural youre gonna have a rough time when you get out on your own. You barely get to practice parking. Maybe 1-2 times most days. I regretted going here once I was actually OTR. If you want Easy and friendly go here, but if you want to be pushed to learn so youre capable on the road by yourself, go somewhere else.

I am Manfred Albert a former student from Roadmaster (class #42, November 2019).If anyone is reading this, knowing that I am writing the truth about my experience at Roadmaster.If anyone wants to learn how to drive a semi truck. I recommend getting your CDL at Roadmaster. The school dont hand you a CDL like a quick fix. They make you a professional driver, so that you could operate safely on the road.Roadmaster guarantees job placement to anyone. I was trained by some good instructors like (John, Richard, Greg, Robert, Alfredo, Joe, Slavy and William).Now! This instructor William or (Will) from Boston. Will goes out of his way learning short phrases to help any foreign (Haitian, Spanish and Asians) student driving the semi truck. Will make sure those foreign students get a good chance testing for their CDL.Thats my piece about Roadmaster everyone.One luv CDL drivers peace!Manfred is out.

IT ALL STARTED OFF SHAKY IN THE BEGINNING BECAUSE I FELT THE PROPER TRAINING TIME WAS NOT GIVEN THE FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS. BUT AFTER THAT I MANAGED TO START TAKING MY OWN STEPS WITH OTHER CLASSMATES AND AS TIME PROGRESSED ON TEACHERS STARTED ASSISTING MORE IN OTHER AREAS. BIG UPS TO THE INSTRUCTORS WADE,GREG,WALTON,ALFREDO RALPH AND WILLIAM THEY WAS A HELP IN THE AREAS I NEEDED HELP IN BUT I PASSED AND GOT MY CDLS IN LESS THAN A MONTH I STARTED SEPTEMBER 6th OF THIS YEAR AND GRADUATED ON SEPTEMBER 25th.

They dont care about the students they only care about the money that they going to get from you you have a 50/50 chance of actually getting the license theyll kick you out of the program in a heart beat Id recommend that you to go to TDI or some where else that youll be getting your moneys worth and plus its grantee that youll get it at TDI because theyll work with you by letting you take the state test as many times as you like as but you gotta pay the 200 but for road master they wont and theyll kick you out off their program like trash youll a have to pay them back all that money that you invested into getting the program.

I plan to attend CDL A Class in couple of months, but after reading all these reviews, I feel people take advantage to steal money from poor and innocent people. It sounds a thief. I already a bad experience before I can even start this school. I plan to pay my school from my pocket, but the lady made me sign the same paper with the same amount as the paper with the a loan contract. I feel they do something wrong to people just to get the money and make you pay more than what you are supposed to pay. It is scary.. I already got scared. I might need to think about something else. Too many complaints. It is NOT good. I am thinking about contacting a lawyer right away.One of the complaints say, Roadmaster Truck Driving School, INC. Roadmaster is a scam: they promise training you dont get, promise a job you dont get and take your money for it....a LOT of money! InternetWHY DO YOU DO THAT TO PEOPLE? WHY WHY WHY?????

Very professional , clean and safe . My instructor Bill is the best . I thank him so much for making this opportunity easy and knowledgeable as possible . I will never forget you Bill.

All right.. in the beginning I would say that i just graduated today 09/18/2019 it was nice 4 week for me .. getting my experience and skills perfect.. those skills coming from the huge instructors in this school starting from wade , afrin , pete , joe , greg , Robert , walton , dan , mary , those guys make me the master of the Road .. makes me trusting my self when I drive the truck in the road.. any thing you pay there its worth it.. and at the end of this comment I would say special thanks for miss eadth , miss gladys , Ralph .. love you guys will miss you and thanks for everything 💜🤞.. will hit the Road and come to visit you guys later 🙏

Love my instructor mr, Alfredo, he is new but with his experience i was able to learn so much and pass my test , thank you road master for helping me get to the next chapter in my life

Awesome school! Ms Nancy, Mr. Pete, Daniel, Ron, and Richard all know their stuff. Didnt get to work with the other instructors so idk about them. Special Shout Out to Mr.Efron, if you have him as a over the road instructor youre guaranteed to pass.

Don’t go there the price for CDL is Cheaper it’s a rip off
